I have a pair of harbinger gloves, for weight training. They are a few years old and worn down, but I tried them on pole a few times. They worked ok, didn’t give me super grip or anything, my hands alone, griped better, but they weren’t impossible to use. You could use them to help with sweaty hand and calluses trouble. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Hmmm, I don’t know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif Yes, coke is very acidic, and once I heard they used it to clean up blood stains on concrete. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif but I don’t know? It might be awful for the finish on a pole!! I would think it would make the pole sticky, but would you end up getting sticky too? Hmmm I don’t know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

Increasing your flexibility can take time. There are a few things that affect flexibility, genetics, (structure of the joint) connective tissue elasticity within muscles, tendons or skin surrounding a joint, also strength of the opposing muscle groups. Here are some quick tips for stretching:
static stretching is safest and most effective. That means no bouncing, https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif Breath, your body needs oxygen, long slow breaths into the stretch. Never stretch a cold muscle, you put yourself at risk for injury and you wont get a good deep stretch that will cause noticeable change. I stretch every day BUT I do my longest most intense, lower body stretching on the days I train legs, so I"m really warm. One more thing be sure to take your time to hold the stretch, a few seconds, will not be enough to cause noticeable change. Give yourself time. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Sometimes the little buggers get stuck, its nothing to worry about, you can still put your pole up. You don’t HAVE to put the cover on, its just cosmetic. I have had this happen with mine before, sometimes it will pop back out if you give it a sharp tap with something. If you really want a new one you can call X pole and they will send you one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I got my pole from my sister’s house today and brought it home. But there’s a problem. One of the two little sprung pins on the cover flange is stuck inside the cover flange. Does anyone know a way to get the little pin to come out? I can’t fully put my xpole together without getting it to come out. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

I’m technologically challenged so…. how do I do this link???
Cut and paste is what I think its called? Go to your video do a control C to "copy" on the browser thinging, the long bar where you type in an address, then come back here and hit control V. It should appear. I hope https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif -

Oh don’t worry, we all feel clumsy and hopeless when starting out. I use to look at videos and think "how in the world do they do that!" https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif It gets better!

I like alcohol or windex (if your not allergic). You only need to clean it with soap and water on occasion if you start to notice build up. I like to rotate my cleaning, I use windex the most, but if I start to notice build up, or I’m just not sticking, then I switch to alcohol or vodka for a few days then go back to windex.

Oh, I would sure love for this pole to be as good as it sounds!! Can’t wait to hear from some testers. Has anyone heard how tall the pole is, I didn’t see anything about hight, but I might have missed it. I know the testers they have on videos using the pole are pretty little. It would be so fun to have a pole I could take with me anywhere. I really hope it will live up to all it claims!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

My sweats didn’t really shrink too much, just a little I noticed length wise. I meant to keep them out of the dryer but….The sweats are gonna be loose, its the way they are cut, I like them because I prefer to wear my pants around my hips, not my waist. I don’t think these sweats are meant to be worn at the waist, The size of the waist doesn’t appear to change too much, from size to size, just the length. As for the booty short, I have a small and wish I would have gone with medium. I really like the tank top, because they are long. The booty shorts are ok.

Oh, nice looking mats Alena! Looks like they would be easy to keep clean, looks like you could just wipe them off. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
