That is WONDERFUL news!!! I can totally understand way you would feel self conscious, but I don’t think it will even be an issue. I have never had the opportunity to meet you in person, but from what I do know of you, I can tell your a beautiful, wonderful, and amazing person!!! My sweats didn’t really shrink too much, just a little I noticed length wise. I meant to keep them out of the dryer but….The sweats are gonna be loose, its the way they are cut, I like them because I prefer to wear my pants around my hips, not my waist. I don’t think these sweats are meant to be worn at the waist, The size of the waist doesn’t appear to change too much, from size to size, just the length. As for the booty short, I have a small and wish I would have gone with medium. I really like the tank top, because they are long. The booty shorts are ok.

I’m in a similar situation! At the studio I go to they have both sizes of poles. I was using the 45 and only a few times used the 50 but liked the 45 more. I haven’t danced a lot so I think that I could totally get used to 50 early on.

what do you think? I’m going to buy my pole this week, most likely.
The size you choose depends on what you want to do with your pole dance. If you just want to pole for fun and fitness, then stick with the 45 if you like it. If you think you might want to dance outside your studio or home, as in, compete or dance in a club, then go with the standard 50. Its much easy to switch from large to small, going from small to lager can be frustrating. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

So, I finally got my X-pole in and we tried to put it up tonight. We have 9-foot ceilings, which according to the instructions it can accommodate, yet with the 2 extensions that it comes with we are still coming up short. Any ideas of what we are doing wrong, or are we missing a piece? We can’t figure it out – any assistance would be appreciated!
Yes it should accommodate a 9ft ceiling, that is what I have.
did you measure right?
have you turned the big screw at the top where the dome sits, so it extends?
how far from the ceiling is it?
