The x pole company was using windex on their X pole at the IHRSA convention I went to sooo…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif I use windex and have never had a problem…but some people might have an allergy to it. If I feel build up happening I switch to alcohol for a while.

Dido on the how to properly walk around the pole keeping shoulders back and down.
A half spin is good
pole turns (pirouette)
hip circles
body wave
front hook
some find back hook easier too
Just go real easy on any spins keeping their feet on the ground is best for newbs! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif
remember most of them will probably not be able to climb so you might just want to skip that one. Save it for later once they are warm and the pole is grippy.Have fun!!!!

If you feel like you’ve been rowing a boat, you’re doing the right thing!
lol Amcut. As long as its not turning into pain, you fine. Keep those shoulders back and down, and try not to kick into the invert. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif -

AdministratorMay 27, 2009 at 9:15 pm in reply to: Flirty Girl Fitness Pole & My Sexy Little Pole??OH these cheap poles…well poor quality I should say, some are down right spendy, are driving me nuts. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_twisted.gif confusing the poor consumer!!! The only poles I will ever recommend at this point are….X pole, platinum stages, and lil mynx (I have heard mix reviews on the lil mynx) I have used both X pole and Platinum stages, I prefer the X pole! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
