Welcome!! I have creaky and popping hip joints. As long as its NOT painful its usually fine. Here are some reasons for all the funny sounds…The most common is listed first.
1 gases: The Synovial fluid that lubricates your joints, contains the gases oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. When you pop or crack a joint, you stretch the joint capsule. The gas is released fast and forms bubbles.
2 joints, tendons and ligaments moving: When a joint moves, the tendon’s position changes and moves slightly out of place. You may hear a snapping sound as the tendon returns to its original position. In addition, your ligaments may tighten as you move your joints. This is common in the ankle and knee area.
3 Rough surfaces: Arthritic joints can cause that creaky popping sound because the cartilage is no longer smooth.

Don’t freak out. The first time I saw myself pole dance was horrifying to me too! Recording yourself was a good idea…it may not seem like it at first but when you look back at that first attempt you’ll be happy you have it. Its very satisfying to be able to look back and see that you are progressing. Sexiness is a billion times harder to achieve after having children. I spent a lot of time learning how to hold my body and discovering what bottoms fit my post baby body best. I have found that the lower the bottoms the better. I still have a case of muffin top if I wear the wrong kind of bottoms. Don’t forget you are your WORST critic. Moms are beautiful no matter what shape!!!!! I proudly bare my stretch marks at the pool….but…I do suck in the pooch, until I get in the water https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

The spin on the X pole is really smooth, it doesn’t take any effort at all to start it rotating. I happen to LOVE permanent poles the first pole I bought was a permanent. My only complaint was having to keep it in the room I first set it up in and I wasn’t able to take it with me when I moved because the ceiling height was not the same. If you do go with a permanent pole be vary careful to measure well, if you have carpeting don’t forget to account for that, the pole will settle into the carpet a bit. Mine fell down on me because we didn’t press into the carpet when we measured https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif LOL.
