Breath, and breath some more, take nice slow and controlled breaths don’t hold your breath! One other thing…I don’t recommend doing sit ups on the pole. If you do choose to try this, be sure that you alternate which leg your using for the Cross Knee Release and Cross Ankle Release to balance things out.

lol. I had know idea I was a fast learner at the time! I got my first pole end of August …..had a non pole related injury mid Oct (I injured my ulnar nerve SEWING a Halloween costume) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif who knew sewing was more dangerous than pole! I had banged the "funny bone" on the back of my sewing chair so hard I cause a good amount of damage, fingers were numb for weeks and Dr told me to stay off the pole. I was off for 6 weeks.
