Welcome to the site!! I wouldn’t buy any of the cheap poles out there, they will wear out fast and are not meant for real pole dancing. You get what you pay for with poles. My choice is X pole, but Platinum Stages and Lil mynx are good companies too. A good pole is worth the extra money. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/alien.gif

Oh this is a good one….I don’t have the mental energy to right a big long response but I totally feel that if its the woman’s choice… then it surely doesn’t exploit them!!!

I should also mention that if your having sharp, stabbing, constant pain in a particular area of your body, then you might have an injury, but if you the pain is achy, dull, and stiff thats normal. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif

Its normal to be sore the next day. Get up and move around a bit dance, but don’t do any tricks or spins, or go for a nice walk, if you sit around you’ll feel really stiff. Take a super hot shower or bath then stretch gently. Never stretch a cold muscle especially if your sore and stiff. Epsom salts are great to add to your bath for sore muscles too. If your strong enough to hold your self in the inverted V but having troubles with a controlled descend then until your strong enough just exit the IV by going into an Inverted Crucifix. Go back and work on your Tuck Invert…focusing on lowering your body down nice and slow. Don’t let your upper back and arms relax once your get up, if you do this will cause you to hang from the arms, pulling on the muscles of the back and (not in a good way). The inexpensive poles are only "toy" poles and if they don’t fall down on you, they will get worn out fast and you’ll have to replace it anyway. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif You get what you pay for with poles. I don’t recommend Ebay for poles only because there a quite a few fake X pole seller on Ebay. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif X pole is my favorite brand https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif and yes we sell to Canada, but you can also trust Platinum Stages and I have heard good things about Lil mynx poles too. Those are the top 3 trust worthy pole company’s.
