Don’t worry about ratio…you’ll be fine! However….I’m not sure how long you have been pole dancing but, most spins are NOT beginner moves. As a new dancer, the focus should be on pole work that strengthens the body. This is how I have the online lessons set up. If your taking the lessons following the suggested order is very helpful in building up strength so you can perform pole spins safely and smoothly.
