All you need to do is get some water in a spray bottle, spray the area that is smashed down and fluff it up with a comb https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif It may take a few times to fluff it back up, but it's always worked well for me.

If your a seasoned dancer (sounds like you are) and you're looking for better grip go with TG or Brass. Chrome is best for new dancers and those who love to do static spins.
BRASS: Do you sweat a lot when you dance or live in a warm climate, is your poel space warm? If yes, then go with the Brass finish. When I lived in the Midwest I couldn't grip the brass, here in Vegas it's been wonderful!!! Sweaty hands work better with the brass, then TG or chrome.
TITANIUM: Do you have troubles staying warm, or live in a cool/cold climate, is your pole space cool? Then go with Titanium, This finish has worked well for me in ALL climates!
I love my 40mm but I still love my 45mm poles too! I'm 5'8" ….The 40 is wonderful for creating new lines and extensions, but I prefer split grip work on the 45. There are benefits to all of the different diameter poles. I've tried 38's too and they don't feel much different than the 40. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

That's a lot of working out both of you! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif Rest!! Rest days are good,https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif and just as necessary as workout days. If your training or working that much, your diet (not dieting) lol but what you eat and how often, is very important. Eating often, making sure you get enough healthy food, during the day will help with fatigue. Bananas are great, and can be just as helpful as an energy drink! Plain old water is also very necessary. Whenever I start to feel tired during the day, I drink some water, and usually it helps boost my energy.
I eat 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Keeps my blood sugar regular, so I can avoid fatigue. I eat larger snacks on the days I workout. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Are you pushing too far? Sounds like you've been stretching for a while now, so you shouldn't be sore after every time.
Are you really, really warm, I cannot stress how much this helps!
Are you also doing any running or strength building actives? These can reduce flexibility if you're not stretching well after training.
My first thought, is possible over training, if your feeling like things are just getting tighter. It's OK to take time off. Most important, listen to your body, everyone is different and we have to learn what works best for us. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Hello and welcome! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gifHave you looked into the lessons here? I've got some great stretches and strengthening lessons for the hands, and wrists/forearms. Stretching the hands and forearms after each practice is so very important. There are a lot of things you can do with your pole to strengthing as well.
Beautiful horse btw!
