That’s super exciting, congrats!!!! 🎉
There’s nothing that frustrates me more than claims of “get your splits” in x amount of time. I get using words to generate interest and I’m cool with that, but there are a lot of people out there causing others to think flexibility is a quick easy thing for everyone. For some, yes. Other’s it really takes time.

I think mine is scratched just from setting it up and putting it into the base, I’m guessing it’ll be fine.

Ouch, yes you need to cover your skin when using the wrap!
I don’t know what the difference would be in PC…I know that the SV pole I use to sell felt different than the PC xpole has….I know the pole I had done at the motorcycle show is the stickiest…for me anyway.

I’m still filming about 3 times a week so that’s been my workout. 💪

It’s totally normal for moves like CAR to hurt after all the time away. Keep at it and you’ll desensitize to it. Being overall physically heavier can mean more pressure so more pain as well.

I believe Lupit still has chrome and stainless steel! https://lupitpoleusa.com/?change=set®ion=usa

I’m happy you were able to order!!

What style of mount was it, can you send a link of pic of one. I might have an extra for you!

This stage pole looks amazing! I love how low to the floor it is! Do you have a US based shop?

I will be re-doing the shoulder stand lesson. One thing to work on is the elbow stand and the stands routine as it will help with balance and build strength.

Did anyone get a workout in lately? 💪💪
I’ve been filming so my hands and skin are screaming by the time I’m done. I count that as a workout!

I’m so happy you all we’re able to take advantage of this price! I’ve been working hard on even more lessons. I enjoy doing this for you all. 💜 Feel free to Tag or Mention me if you post any lessons you’re working on to your IG or FB I love to see how everyone progresses!

I’d love to know how it turns out!

That’s a great idea Arakiss! Along that line you could use contact paper too!

Welcome back! I feel like years ago someone here danced with a port, but I can’t recall who.
It’s not something I’m familiar with but obvious things would be to avoid Flag Grips and Front arm pit grips in general. Listen to your body, and if you need help with modifying a move let me know!

Windex works really well, the problem is some people can be sensitive to it, causing skin issues. I’ve used it with no problems.
If you want a chemical smell free deep clean option use a steamer! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdjeYnLLaBw

Hmmm. That’s a good question! I don’t know how durable it would be. Maybe if you used the right type of paint and application it would work? Here’s an article I found. https://www.bobvila.com/articles/best-paint-for-metal/
If you wear heels you’ll have to make sure the paint can withstand that. It would be really cool to paint it white too!

Strong grips are super important for exotic pole!
-
They will help a lot. However, if you always have sweaty hands then finding an antiperspirant grip aid will be important as well. All of these will help prevent common overuse injuries as well.
-
I do take requests, it may take some time to get to them all.
For that move it looks like the side pole hold is the key to control.

There are lots of options! Try using the 30 day take off and swapping out some of the listed routines or moves to customize it.
If you’d like a more complete custom program send me an email veena@studioveena.com and we can set up a one on one.
