Try explaining that the hooked leg/foot isn’t pointing away from the pole (like the other free leg) but rather the leg rotates allowing them to point the foot down towards the opposite hip. The rotation is like sitting cross leg on the floor. The contact isn’t with the whole knee pit but the outer half.

When you first start pole dancing you shouldn’t pole every day! I highly suggest taking a look at the lessons here. I have a program called the 30 day take off that is included in the lessons. It tells you what to work on each day for 30 days. Also the lessons here are placed in the order in which to perform them. I designed them to progressively build your strength while preventing overuse injury, that is common for new dancers. Here are some links to watch. 🙂

I am using my vaulted mount as a flat mount at the moment. Are they just out of stock?

I just want to make it clear that YOU personally have to choose to make a video publicly viewable on fb and twitter. By default all videos uploaded here are still only viewable by memebers! Also you are choosing per video, it’s not all or nothing, so you can pick and choose ☺️

Many of my names are more literal. For example, I don’t use brass monkey, it’s the Inverted back hook 🙂 I’m boring!

It’s a good plan to work on holds and such, you can also do upper body strength and conditioning right now too. Nice to see you back!

Hi misshrek! If you have the lessons take a look at the Fan Legs Lesson https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/c468b2b8-b87d-11df-856f-001b214581be

You’ll see below the main player for each lesson there is a list of other lessons. These are all other moves, stretches and exercises you can to do help you achieve the move shown in the main lesson. For example, you’ll see working on Knee Tucks, Hip flexor lift, Pole leg lifts and forward/back scapula will be helpful. Also the new Lower Body Strength routine would be great! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/527ab98a-edc8-4144-9793-65ca0a9aa0eb

You can buy more than one mount. I have 3 mounts up for my SV pole. It’s very easy to move around if that helps.

Can swap them out, you’ll need to get the 50 mm insert too. Then you can change them out.

Quancutie, I’m not sure where you got your facts from but, they are incorrect. It’s rude to belittle a purchase some one has decided to make!
The Studioveena pole is an amazing pole (I wouldn’t sell it if I didn’t like it) also it’s sturdy and FAST to set up and take down. The screw actually makes the pole very secure and you’ll put less pressure on your home with the SV pole.

Xpole is a great pole as well, but to say the lil mynx is an “unwanted pole” or “bad” investment is totally rude and simply untrue.

While my sv pole finish is my favorite second would be tg. I just received the new brass xpole and will be trying that once I’m back home.

Don’t worry about completions and finish because if you compete or just perform you’ll
Want to use grip aid. The right brand of grip can make any pole workable. So get something you’ll enjoy using at home! 💜

Back in the day we only had 50 mm poles! We learned to work with it. I’ve used all sized and it’s possible to adapt to any size. However, if I were to recommend sizes I would say 50mm for men and 45 or 40 for women. Give your 40 a try! 😊

We can have our studioveena pole cut to fit your lower ceiling. Just let us know the height when you order.
