    I use to feel sick often after working out, for me it was dairy I use to eat a lot of dairy and would often workout after breakfast and I loved eating cereal and milk! Then I’d finish my workout with a protein shake that included milk. I’m not saying that’s your problem but just something else to consider. Dehydration is a big reason for feeling sick as others mentioned.

    Omg, I’m so sorry! This isn’t in my scope of practice so I’m not sure how recovery would go with something of this severity. I will say, make sure they set you up with a good physical therapist because our bodies are capable of amazing things!!! I strongly feel that if you want to pole again, you will!!! 💐

    Can you make a video for us? We could check to see if there’s just something you’re missing. While I would say inverting isn’t right for everyone. I also wouldn’t say someone will Never invert. 💜

    Yep, just follow the lessons, they’re in order. Also to mix things up so you’re not always working on inverts. Try working on some of the combos, there are 30 and they don’t require any inverts. 😊

    Yes, you need to make sure you’re strong enough to get the hips up high. Also if you haven’t already, try working on the inverted crucifix from a reverse handstand, to help you feel more secure with your legs. You can work on releasing the hands from the floor too at the side of the pole, then you will know how high up the knees and hips have to be.

    I would look for a playground to do your knee tucks at because it’s not just the abs you’re working, it’s the back and biceps as well. 😀 everything else can be done with a doorframe.

    There are all kinds of options from a pole sit for example. Try legs extended, cross the legs, one leg bent, two bent, come around the pole with the body in sit or shoot from behind while in sit and look over the shoulder!

    If you remember to fully extend you legs in what ever pose you choose and point the foot it makes everything look better. Don’t forget to breath so your face is more natural 😖

    I came across this thread the other day and I have a question for you all. Would any of you allow me to switch your video to public, allowing us to share to our Facebook page!? I was inspired by watching through these again and I think others might be as well. I even started a second thread incase others want to join in.

Try to keep your goals aimed at improving on the flexibility you have and see how far your body takes you.     You could try To foam roll before and work on pointing the foot daily or anytime you pole. The more you practice the more natural it becomes. As mentioned don’t curl and scrunch the toes.
