Hello!! Sometimes I forget to hit save and leave the page, then everything is gone….boooo. It happens! Welcome to the site, feel free to ask if you have any specific questions! As Runemist mentioned the 30 take off program is a great start. Also keep in mind that every lesson section has videos place in a plan and specific order so always start at the beginning for faster progress. 🙂

If you’re feeling pain especially if it’s chronic stop and let your body rest. I’d suggest taking a look at the Veena’s tips section, you’ll find a bunch of helpful videos for maintaining a healthy pole life! This one in particular would be helpful https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/52f7165d-3484-4ffa-afa9-13de0a9aa0eb If you haven’t used the code already you can view all of my lessons for free using this code GET3FREE! I hope you feel better soon, REST, check your technique, and don’t forget to stretch and have rest days.

You can tighten it a tiny bit more but DON’T go crazy, just an extra turn or two can help. However, a nice spinny pole is good! Use the tips Isis mentioned and these too https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4f7311e1-1410-4981-8097-7a4a0ac37250 I’m guessing you’ve seen it but thought I’d repost.

I looked at the Hoopspin site and they have nice stuff! You might want to go to their beginner section and order one of those. They should work just fine for the lessons here! Buy one!

Pole is a very important part of many people’s lives and to not have that acknowledged is heartbreaking and I can see that making the healing process more challenging too! I have no knowledge of this syndrome but I just wanted to let you know we’re here for you!! 💜💜

I have 2 x stage poles, they’re heavy but sturdy! 💜

This lesson may help too! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5550ec90-98a8-464f-aa1e-4ec30a9aa0eb It had a neat combo into barrel roll.

It’s a reverse grab, but you add the V kick out! If you’re new to pole it’s not recommended, you’ll want to strength the shoulders, and avoid this move if you have hyperextended elbows. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4fc4dc2f-1bd8-4026-9725-02690ac37250
The lesson should help you with timing for this move if you’re using a static pole.

I’ve not heard of this move, but there are tons of names, can you post a clip or pic? 😊

It IS heavy!! I often have to fight with my panels to get them to line up and snap in, however I would guess X pole doesn’t suggest using it without! I’ve seen others use it without but the stage will be more secure if you put it together in full. For training using the panels is a must.
