So I had another idea for covering your heels! This time I wanted to do heel slides and such without scratching my floor or my heels. I came up with the idea to use fabric or craft felt! I used a furry type of fabric to cover just the lower half of my OLD heels, this way I don’t scuff up my good ones and I won’t scratch up my floors either. I did a scope while working on them if you want to see. The idea is pretty much the same as the video for the shiny heels but I had to trace then cut out the fabric instead of using an craft knife. Anyway, I hope someone finds this helpful!!

You’ll find individual sections for EACH nailed it, program! This should make using the programs easier.

You will now find there’s a section for each program, this will make finding programs quicker. Webmaster will be working on holding the lessons don’t have to remember what day you last did.

A stronger invert it the cleanest way to get the knee pit grip you’re looking for. You could try using the Invert program here! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/574d064b-b39c-4d95-9d2e-0010ac110006
Solid side pole holds are key for helping you control the invert allowing you to V, gemini or whatever you want.

I wore socks for bare feet when dancing on carpet. If you have grippy rubber bottoms on your heels you can tape them up with duct tape or clear packing tape and they will not stick.

You’re too cute! I hope it’s better now. I only use that spray in the on really cold poles in really cool climates. I find that the mix of mighty grip and drew point works well for performance and it comes off MUCH easier!
