Whoops!
Has anyone got any good tips for chopper/v invert/spinning v to Scorpio/inside leg hang?My teacher has told me to practice it but it’s very messy and I wonder what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried the long and short leg Scorpio as per Veena lesson.
I can do chopper to gemini, then do leg switches no problem.
But only smooth entry to Scorpio for me is from a hip hold.
I would appreciate any tips

I did it yesterday in pole jam vid at 0.37 – 0.45 min in, lunge to high kick pose to pirouette to V fan leg variation. It’s bit dark but if you turn brightness up you can see vaguely how it looks, I’m the dancer at the back/right.

How about you stand up sweep up the back leg and point it high as you can whilst arching back? Using pole arm for support? Then step/pirouette round pole to face it.
I can do quick vid if this makes no sense.

Omg golf ball in glutes is fierce! Husband found me 3pm cross- eyed with three year old rolling on my chest almost crying with that golf ball under there.
Me: get him off me! I have a golf ball under my ass and I SO don’t need an extra 36lb on me right now!
Husband: is this a pole thing or should I be in any way concerned?

I booked a sports massage last week – asked for deep tissue and they basically stroked me.

I would never have thought of chiro for headaches before pole and this site: I just suddenly thought if headaches are better after exercise I bet it’s a body mechanical problem (rather than going to GP and starting blood work etc). I have learned so much from reading threads on here.

How many/how long of each exercise?
Do you go to fatigue? Or pick a length of time or number of reps and then increase over the 30 days?
