I can’t do this to save my life, and thought it was just my "whiteness" coming out! Lauren’s little butt wiggles were classic! That really gave her routines some personal flair, you know?? And her gorgeous smile electrified the stage and really lit up her face. The one thing I didn’t like at ALL (and maybe it was from my super close up seat!) was X’s crotch shots. She was a BEAUTIFULLY exotic woman, but in her comps, she really didn’t need to go there. It was about meeting the criteria, not showing us the HOOHA, you know? Do you know what song she danced to for her final performance? I loved Jessalyn’s Superman drop- remember that? She looked up at you, licked her lips devilishly, then BOOM! dropped to the floor! and lights out! WICKED hot!! She has that routine on youtube… I’m at work so I can’t send you the link, but its on there!

Wow!! I was at the USPDF East Coast show… What an an amazing show!! Jenyne was incredible!! Jessalyn was breathtaking! Lauren was a showstopper! Karol… Wow… what can I say??? All the girls did an outstanding job! Takeila was a tiny little powerhouse that blew me away too! I felt so bad for the girl that fell off the pole though… I was in the 3rd row and had a great view of it all! They were just beautiful!! Thanks for posting your video!

At home, I use rubbing alcohol to wipe down my pole, and it works just fine for a short period of time. My pole at home is stupid slick! Terribly annoying!!

At the studio I work out in, we use windex, and its perfect. I’m not sure what the difference is, other than they keep it REALLY cold in the studio, and they have dehumidifiers going all the time. I’m sure climate has a LOT to do with the grip on your pole too. Once we get moving, we don’t even notice how cold it is though… its rockin’!

I’m still trying to post video, but its still not working. It acts like it wants to upload and then I get an "error" message every time. Never had any problems with the 1st two videos, but am having a heck of a time now (and its only a 15 second clip if that!)

I bought a pair from discountstripper.com and love them, except my legs are so darned skinny they don’t fit like they’re supposed to (not like they do in the picture anyway). LOTS to choose from on that website!

I just came from my workout tonight and it was great as usual… we learned our first combo spin- a Showgirl-1/2 pike. I’m only on Level 3, so technically we haven’t learned how to invert in class yet (but I do at home).

I have to tell you, when I got my pole at home, I spent probably 4 hours on it, determined to teach myself some things just based on what I saw online. Many of the videos I watched were you, so be proud that you’ve inspired me!

I’m struggling now with just pulling up on the pole if I’m standing against it… I can walk up to it and do an invert, but not if I’m just resting my back against the pole. What gives? What am I doing wrong? Am I just not ready yet or is there something I’m not doing right?
