I am also a runner.  It took me many miles of jiggles, but I have found the most amazing sports bra.  It's the Fiona by Moving Comfort.  It's sold at a bunch of different locations (REI, RoadRunner).  They are around $40, but so worth it.  Works great without a wire!

You want to look for terms like "high impact" and "shock absorber".
