–@ casi i gave her tips on workouts and gave her the this site url. What makes me sad the instructors are not good dancers, they can barely invert,they dont know anything about sweaty or dry handsproducts and they bought fake xpoles for their home use. I think he is depress to, he doesnt have a lot of friends at his new school.he plas basketball and football at his school but had to quit to get a second knee surgery. He is mad with the world becuase his school is hard and he actually has to try and work hard, due to this my mom called him weak and said she anit doing sht for him.also this his third school changing. He wants to go to back to his first high school were he grew up with all the kids and where he was popular and everything was easy. Im not too concern about the pot as long that is all he is doing. Futhermore after freshman year i hated high school and everyone in it. I barely went but i still gaduated, but after college i still wasnt sucessful in life, so o suffer from that. I my mom amd. Want my brother to be successful and happy, we do believe in therapy but not anti depression medications. Thanks everyone for all the advice i feel a lil bit better

Hotline number to help file a complaint why should you leave make them get fired, especially if you told them to stop loud and clear and told them your uncomfortable with the behavior. Mighty grip gloves are ok after a long day of poling. It helps keep my hands from blistering.but for me the gloves seemed very slippery but after I got use to them they were ok I just put itac on them and I was good to go. I used the gloves only on static never on spin

I honestly dont even think xpole knows. Id rather them not advertise product or talk about it if ppl cant buy it.there is no date they just keep saying comming soon maybe. Yeah ok whatever.thats why im not gonna buy any of there poles now im just going to wait for there top secret comming soon maybe new product to come out

Light taps with a hammer slides it right off. Hit it just enough not to cause damage or dents

Take a hammer and lightly bang it and it will fall down thats what I did I got a tiny dent on the cover but not noticeable or any real damage now my height adjust is just stuck

No you dont have to be super advance to work at most clubs. Some clubs take anyone. Others want small pretty girls with fake boobs and booty and who can dance. Just always call and ask the clubs what they are looking for. Ive been to enough strip clubs amd thoes girls could not pole dance I should have told them about this site lol. They couldnt pole dance or twerk they just walked around and rolled all over the floor. I know at lot of ex dancers and I always ask them questions and my instructor use to be a dancer and I ask her a bunch of questions. Just being a dancer sucks in wa

Yea the twisted grip certainly felt easier and I was kicking into it but not as much as the split grip. Ive been working on the split grip but I feel awkward now and my body is falling all over and I feel like im gonna hurt myself. When I first practice I did the split grip and was getting up into the move here and there but now I cant do it. I will keep practicing

Sexyrockstarewife: I just did call around only 4companies in my city near me do it. And some companies just do the pc and you have to take it else where to get sanded. But one company does both starting at 120. Which Is a good deal, the other place charges 85plus but I have to get It sanded. And other places said no because Its chrome and they usually dont do that type of metal. It was weird telling them I want my pole painted they all kinda laugh but said they can do it. I just like personalizing my things and for more grip im down.
