i will make a quick clip today when do a few others and try to post it. (have had a ton of problems trying to load vid) if that doesnt work i will take a pic. 1 of my poles is in my very very tiny bedroom with barely a foot of radius around pole (wall/bed). i have managed plenty w that small space (reverse grab wich jay thought was impossible, hook spins, craddle, of course climbs, butterfly, crucifix, jade, ect) so even though it is better to have lots of space around (for saftey reasons) it is possible to learn alot even w limited space.

i have a pole room w mirrors/xmas lights ect w a chrome 50mm xpole, or could bring the one i have in the bedroom (xpole 50mm gold titanium) if easier for me to come to you. do you have a pole? would also love to see a pole show. there are 2 clubs round here. 1 sucks, (from what i have heard and saw years ago) the other i was recently told is pretty good ( 20 ft poles!! i wish!~) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif
there are a ton of clubs in RI with poles (strip clubs & there are a couple that have poles for anyone to play on. not strip clubs, just normal dance clubs ). could do some research to see whats what if intrested in watching the ladies perform. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_queen.gif

i did a craddle spin "drop" but it has to be done on spinny and it isn’t dramatic, but its diffrent. just doing a craddle spin on spinny mode and do small "drops" holding the position til your at the floor. dont just slide down to floor in position..drop a little while maintainin pose. keep doing drops in little spurts til at floor. don’t know why i am going to bother as sure even if supershort clip wont be able to upload (GRRRR!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif ) but will make a clip tommorow and TRY to post… tried the sad girl drop, but its more like a sad girl who can’t drop for me! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

ya i have been poling almost 2 years so its not a huge concern, but it has crossed my mind. i actually THINK ( bc never know) if was going to have a problem, would have been when 1st started and used to have bruises literally ankles to hip. big ass bruises too. not like oh look at my little badges of honor.. lol.. no more like i swear i am not being beat up~! i have also wondered this as blood clots and DVT run in my fam ( almost killed my dad) and i am on Birth control pills which also increases risk of clots. hmm..
