oh it is a huuuuuuge dream of mine to open a studio here. there is nothing in this area and i could help my family finacially while doing what i love. i just personally dont even know where to begin as far as covering myself with liability its the one thing that has stopped me from doing in home lessons. i cant wait to hear more on this thread. if i come arcross anything useful i will share https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

i have personally given up on knees for awhile as cant even after all practicing and reading/watching figure out where pole should be on pole i know i am doing it wrong bc pole always ends up directly on bone which kills and i have heard theres a way to rest it on a more fleshy par of leg just cant figur eit out superman got recently after months and month of trying my thing is how do i get out of it??? so far it has been a matter of just dropping out of it bc it takes me so long to flip self that have slid pretty close to floor before get into it but eventually would like to be able to do it higher on the pole and dismount wo breaking my face any tips would be great

the only thing i can tell yo u wo seeing you for the corkscrew is make sure your back is relaxed going into it you wont be able to get that nice arch around the pole if your stiff

well posts made me feel a little better i am usually pretty positive and tell people of all shapes sizes ages ect can benefit from pole in 1 form or another but lately have been feelin a little discouraged thinking i am never going to find the info i need on starting classes in my area and i am at a point where i HAVE to get a 3rd income to help my family ( my stepfather just lost his job after being there 16yrs so now my mom who works 2 jobs and crazy overtime as it is has to try to keep from losing the house wo her husbands income and my father has alot of medical issues _busted his ass working 2 physically demanding jobs his whole adult life_ and needs help w buying medications ect and somewhere in there i need to be able to take care of myself as well ) i have been thinking i have missed the boat going to be 30 in september my mom is a huge supporter of me starting classes and has tried to help me as far as getting in touch w a lawyer to see what i need to know as far as liability ect but the price just to talk to a lawyer never mind any kind of paper work was through the roof! i just dont know anymore if i have to get a 3rd job that isnt pole related i dont see when i am going to have time or energy to pole i just wish i had discovered this 10 years ago i just feel a little defeated i have been trying for months to get help/advice/tips ect on how to begin classes in my area but have got almost nothing to show fot it i dunno i feel like i am just going to be a downer if i keep typing for awhile even when i would spend alot of time making calls or trying to get info on the web and wouldnt get anywhere i would tell my mom dont worry cause i am not giving up on my dream but now it feels like thats all it is a pipe dream feeling discoraged well ladies great to hear people of all ages are enjoying this take care

( i had a girl who would only come to the part of the stage where me and my girl were uhnless we started showing $$ and than would come over like she was all aggravated and actually gave us a dirty look!! i was like dont be mad at us bc your up there when you obviously dont want to be ) some are i had 1 girl who was super nice! she was like someone i wanted to say " hey go get dressed and lets go grub and gab " i am not saying this to scare you off the subject https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_shaking.gif you asked for opinions and i am giving you my true feelings not some candy coated assurance some clubs the women take care of themselves, they are enetertaining ( even to the point i may go see a show w my guy as its an actual show, but not topless/naked that would never happen to me thats very disrespectful ) and make the peopel (including women ) feel comfortable its easy to enjoy a great performance in a clean upscale club i personally dont know of any in my area as i said 1 is very well known by a name i wont use here its known for the drug trafficking, run down women and girls who look 14 its just sad basically i would say if you plan on going make sure your doing it for the right reasons, decide the do’s and don’ts before you walk in to lessen chance of bad experience, and go w a girlfriend or 2 first to see how you feel during and after hope this helped and didnt mean to offend anyone just giving my honest feelings hope it works out for you https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

welcome if theres anything i can help you w just let me know everyones super supportive its gotten to be like a second family around here fri chat nights are great too if you can make it ( check out "chat room" threads to get more info) start poling now and in no time you won’t recognize yourself ( in a good way) when i started a year ago i was the only 1 in my class ( i took 4 classes before had my pole) who couldnt invert, craddle spin ect i could barely get my feet off the floor now i am amazed what my body can do its a life changing sport i love it!! veena’s lessons are great and only $100/yr alot cheaper than a class and you can accsess your lessons at any time! even checkin out videos can help alot well good luck hope to talk to you in chat sometime take care https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

here i am again just watched bid and realized besides skippin and bein dark ( better on full screen) its also only half the vid again my dances are always uncut so dont know why comp has staored uncut vids as mutiple folders??? once i get help will be better but for own my own and just guessing i guess its better than nothing for now cant wait to get my real 80’s dance up well if i get help w this today i will be back

well its no secret i can use all the help i can get w anything involving buttons https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_ugeek.gif lol computors, cameras ect as i said on my video that i posted the lighting was bad and for some reason video skips like a cd (altough it doesnt play back this way on camera) had a chance to get help w this last night but it was literally 130a when got call sayin friend could help umm…no so today or tommorow should be gettin a crash course in using movie maker/ uploading ect its not the vid i was plannin to post first was plannin on postin full uncut 80s challenge (paula abduals – clold hearted snake) but the only folder i was able to do anything was my first attempt at 80’s challenge which starts w roxette ( really wasnt in the mood for it) and ends w lady gaga
