I’m sad too,for steve job’s passing,I remember taking a digital art class in college and all of our work was done on macs,he was really a pioneer,nowadays when I’m pressed for time,I just log online on my iPod touch n check emails,etc…he will truly be missed

@kaygee,yeah def there’s just no educating some people,learn to ignore those idiots and just essentially laugh at them bc let’s face it,they are a joke,people like that are basically not wordly n just downright ignorant,educating
them is a waste of time.congrats though on reaching such a large base of people already,that’s not easy to do,you should def think about maybe teaching for the future,your great pole ambassador -
@arryferrarri,you should check out platinum stages,they have the star standalone 3.0 model,it’s a free standing pole with a built-in circular stage,it’s spin/static so it’s like getting 2 poles in one,with a stage,so height or space wouldn’t be a prob since you could place it anywhere really

Not sure if my advice might help you any,but I knew someone years ago from when I worked in the clubs whose implants looked so natural,I couldn’t tell they were fake to begin with,turns out,her plastic surgeon is a woman,I think that should be taken into consideration as they’re more in tune to the female body than male docs would be

Hmmm…interesting question,I think I tend to move better to slower stuff like enigma so prob slow then,but then something fast n rocking comes out and I keep the slow flow,but kick the pace up a bit

@alesha84,27 is not old for an exotic dancer,I used to work at those clubs from 19 to 25 and the oldest dancer I came across at the time was 48,so I also say go for it and show them how it’s done

Actually,all of the above said about studio veena’s threads are true,I love that veena has provided us with a sort virtual community in which we can congregate and share all thing pole and non-pole related,and everyone is so supportive of eachother,def don’t see that on a yahoo chat forum

That’s sad,it reminds me of when a strip club opened up in queens years ago,there was so much protesting against the place that they were comp driven out of the borough,only to reopen in manhattan,I hope the studio doesn’t meet up that same fate,pole dance not only helps women in terms of physical fitness,but it also helps women forge lasting,non-competitive bonds with one another,I hope the Knoxville community sees that

Wow,that’s really something,I take classes at crunch every week and there is one particular pole that seems bent sideways and once in a while the instructors do spend a few extra minutes tightening them at the top,but that’s scary,you weren’t hurt or throw your back out did you?

A diff standard in terms of the women
They hire.you should def stop by one
Of them,talk to mgmt about getting hired and pay attn to the types of women they have working,what’s their look,also check out the clientele so you get a better idea of the place(s)
