I agree Pam. Checked out Craigslist just for amusement the job section on ours seem to have little in the way of jobs other then nursing that pay aboove about 11 bucks an hour.

VB can't wait to see pics and vids!!!! You have put together a great group of instructors and your place is so nice. And it was fun going through the process with you, hopefully our opening won't be too far behind! And next time I'm in LA I'm so there for some fun!!!!

Craigslist I think would depend on the type of job your looking for. Hubby is looking right now but is mainly going through linked in, the almuni association, and special job fairs the hold just for Veterans and military academy grads. If I was looking I would check all the on line resourses for job hunting this area has to offer. But I will openly admit I have only looked on Craigslist a few times for anything. I don't know whether it just isn't a big thing here or what but there is never much of anything on it.

  • I have an "I should have used Itac" photo. Tried to pole on a telescopic plastic flag pole. Epic fail. Hubby caught the picture as I was falling.

I think from reading the OP she wants to make it thinner not shorter and I would say don't do it. The thickness of the fabric is what makes it safe to do drops and for it to hold weight.

I'm a 50mm girl. If all there was in this world were 38's I would most likely give up pole because I would never feel safe with any leg grips. I don't feel secure doing most things on a 45 they are just too small for my bowed legs.

I haven't really started teaching yet, we plan on opening a studio soon. We would be under way with it already but for my mom being in ICU for 17 days. I quit my retail job in July so I don't have that job but I do run a horse boardings stable and I'm an arbonne consultant and one for adryss as well. Plus I make and sell hoops and other things. Oh and I have a 9 year old and 7 year old. and a husband who thank goodness is the most loving supportive and wonderful man!

my husband and I do the shred and ripped in 30. Great workouts that don't take a bunch of time to do. We have been doing them a year with sometimes taking a break for a week or so. We vary the workouts and if say he is feeling a bit tired and wants to do workout one, I will do that one with him but I use heavier weights and get deeper into the movements. For sure helped me lose a bunch of butt, thighs and hips.

nope I was that weird kid on the playground that was always hanging upside down. I have less fear of heights upside down then righ tside up. But I'm weird and I know it lol.

smooth ceiling shouldn't matter if it is put up correctly. Empy uses x poles in her studio and her ceiling is laminate flooring which is very smooth I have helped her with her pole set up a couple of times and love the attention to detail of how each pole is put up she uses.
