it might not be something I would want to use in the heat of summer when I sweat. But I rarely ever sweat even when working out unless its hot out. My husband teases me because I'm in the barn cleaning stalls in a sweatshirt and jeans in 80 degree weather and never break a sweat while he is dripping wet in shorts and a tank shirt. All I know is for now it has stopped my hands from cracking and bleeding from being too dry, and has stopped the skin around my eyes from getting sore from trying to remove my eyeliner and mascara.

as with most of what I use it is totally absorbed by my skin in a few hours and doesn't feel greasy on my skin. I use unrefined. I had tried pole physics but in the winter using it I'm ashy again in about an hour or so.

Paulette I just started using coconut oil and LOVE it. use it to take off my eye makeup every night and used it about once a week in the shower all over. I have horribly dry skin and it seems to be making a difference.

with that many people in an advanced class it really would be tough for a teacher to spend much time with each person. I'm figuring if you do a 10 minute warm up that leaves 50 minutes. 50 minutes broken down by person not including her demo time for moves ect or cool down is just over 2 1/2 minutes per student.

I know there are a couple of people on here that have done it hopefully they will chime in for you. Anything gets a bit easier when you do it. I thought about it but time is a factor for us so we went with Jillian's shred and ripped dvd's nice 20-25 minute workouts that don't leave me too tired to do stretching and dancing as well.

I love the ceiling!!!! just beautiful. But can understand why you might be nervous about putting a pressure mounted pole with a dome on them. Not sure if they would damage them or not. I agree with SensualScimitar you might want to call x pole. I know I wouldn't want to put a screw in mount into those ceilings to hard to repair it later.

she also might change her mind in a few weeks if no one buys it at 180. you need to take in shipping cost in consideration as well.

any tension pole needs to be checked for tightness every time you use it. Houses expand and contract with the weather and that can change how tight your pole is. I've been between 135-165lbs 5'5 and haven't had problems with mine coming down other then when the screw ate through the ceiling. Put it back up with a piece of wood between the mount and the ceiling and haven't had a moments problem since. Matter of fact I had the opposite problem I couldn't get it down when I wanted to take it down! My niece has also used it some and she is over 200. Mynx's are rated to I believe 220?

lil mynx's are nice poles. I have had a stainless one for over 4 years. I have it on carpet and it has never slipped a matter of fact it was a pain to get down. The only complaint I have is stainless is slippery for my dry skin. I have heard the powder coat are much grippier. But I do agree 180 is a bit high. Specially if there is also shipping involved.
