The subscription is $80 for 6 months. You can go to apexfitness.com to check out all the details. Just message me if you are interested.
And the Sedusa DVD is still available 🙂

Dance with Me Henry by Georgia Gibbs
Searching Burlesque on I-Tunes brings up several Compilation CD’s with ideas.

great video! I loved the cartoonish effect that you used. You have really learned alot in a short period of time!
-
By the way, Loved the link to the dictionary..that was awesome! I’m going to print that out and post it near my pole!
And the spin-up just takes some practice to get everything co-ordinated. I learned it by watching other people do it, but I still can’t consistently do the cradle version -
You are doing great! Just stick with it!

I will let him him watch me practise tricks and spins and such, but not really dancing, and he has seen the videos that I have made. He of course wants me to dance for him but I’m not sure exactly what he is expecting when he says that so I keepputting that off https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif
But I’m the same way with my friends, they come over we play around doing tricks and whatnot but I never put on a song and do a whole dance for them or anything.
I think it’s just a part ofme that I want to keep private for the most part.
I have been thinking of making up a little routine and practicing that…then it won’t be so nerve racking to "dance" for someone. It will be more like showing them what I am working on.

I used to home parties and a favorite prize that is also not too expensive I used was taking wedding type gauzy gift bags and filling them with little trinkents (i used Dove chocolates, lotion samples, etc..) You can get the bags in the wedding section at Wal-Mart and they come in all different colors.

It could be a pinched nerve? My fingers were nub for a week or so kinda the same sensation you are describing. One of the physical therapist I work with gave me some stretches to do and it eventually worked itself out. I also had alot of pain in my back at the same time though.

We got one for Christmas too, although we just got it out of the box this weekend https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif . But I agree it is very sturdy and my son and husband had a great time competing to see who could do the most pullups. Me? I couldn’t even do one https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif But I’m gonna work on it!
