That would be awesome xx an I feel for you I’m in postmenopause I’m 56 in a week n half so yeah I can relate, my body’s doing some strange stuff to 8 have hospital appointment next Tuesday but hay we get through it xx ♥️

Erm don’t know if you know anything about menopausal pole dance and brain fog , I don’t know if it’s a rant but I think you’ve pretty much covered all , I can’t think of anything else xx🤣♥️

I totally love these Rants
I had a chrome pole a couple of years ago I loved it, but I found my hands were to small, it was a 45 mm an my thumb n middle finger did touch an my grip was ok but I found I put multiple grips on 😞
So I brought a 40 mm powder coated, it’s ok, I’m still trying to get use to it it’s very grippy at times , like you say it all depends on climate an being in the UK it’s cold at min .

Loved the pole rant 5 ♥️
My dad played the guitar, he couldn’t read music he taught himself with records back then no such thing as apps 😂 he taught me when I was a kid , been years since I played x
But yes I totally understand the practice part , getting better myself with more practice xxx♥️
Just gotta watch rant number 6 🤗 can’t wait

Also if you have a TV in your room with your pole cast it to your TV that’s how I do it, and I’ve been watching the video’s first the day before then on the actual day follow along xx hope it helped xx♥️

Try starting the 30 day takeoff program and follow it from there , I started it 27 days ago and it’s brilliant you learn so much more than going to class ,
Don’t get me wrong going to class is great 😃 I’ve been poling for about 12 yrs but my studio closed 3 yrs ago , I did nothing for 3 years , so I started the Veena takeoff program and I feel so much stronger 💪 now than I ever did xx
It’s coming to an end but then I start the level 1 beginner and to be honest I can’t wait 😄❤️
