Thanks Veena – it’s definitely a 9 foot ceiling, maybe even a half inch less than that. We were able to get the dome right to the ceiling, but not enough to stabilize it. My husband took it up to our bonus room to try it there since it has a lower ceiling, and it went up super easy – so I’m not sure what the issue was. So, I finally got my X-pole in and we tried to put it up tonight. We have 9-foot ceilings, which according to the instructions it can accommodate, yet with the 2 extensions that it comes with we are still coming up short. Any ideas of what we are doing wrong, or are we missing a piece? We can’t figure it out – any assistance would be appreciated!
