Talk to Charley!  She used to work in Radio.  She probably would be more than happy to either do it for you or reccomend a program for it.

I have a JVC camcorder my husband and I got for Xmas one year from the IL's. Its a good camera but not what I would of choose for a camera.  But then again I am the TV Production nerd and im very picky about what I like.

You could luck out, I read today that Cisco is shutting down its Flip Camera division so you know they are going to offer these cameras on the cheap to liquidate.  They are very easy to use from what ive been told.

I personally havent used the lite one but ive seen it in action at Ms Tri-State.  I was really impressed with them.  They are done the same way as the orgin x stage, and they are sturdy.  I really want to play on a lite but I dont know anyone personally so I could try it out.   (perfect excuse to go to MI to see Charley??? lol)

  • Would you be able to sell me just the extenstions?  Im thinking about getting some extensions just for whenever.

If I know someone interested in buying a pole, ill let you know.

I have a Xpole Xpert 50mm in Chrome.  I love it just wish I could have a new location for it with higher ceilings.

Im 250lbs and I dont have any issues with it bowing or being nervous that its going to fall on me.

    Photo #39

I think its due to the pole not being further in my thighs and more at my knees.

Ive got an AWESOME selection for music.  This is just a list of the #1s from the year I was born.  Like a Virgin was the #1 hit the week I was born.  http://www.bobborst.com/popculture/number-one-songs-by-year/?y=1985

Im a former cheerleader which included some basic gymnastics.  Cheer helped me with expression and making my moves big so even people in the back of the building could see what I was doing.  It  helped me push moves to look full and completed and not half assed as if I just learned it and wanted to put it in a routine quickly.  I took modern, ballet, jazz and tap in HS.  They really helped with pointing my toes (now I do it naturally), ballet is a great overall workout too.  It also helps with being graceful when you perform.  Ive never taken belly dancing but Ive wanted to try it.

Lately I have been really using counts of 8 to make my routines.  I kinda follow it with the song.  One part of the song, a move my just come to my mind that works really well with it.  Then I just work around that spin/trick.  I also make sure I dont just walk around the pole and I add some flair to it.  When I freestyle I have a habit of forgetting what I want to do in it and I end up walking around until I do something.

Im curious about it as well.  Ive had 2 c sections and one of them was over 11lbs at birth.  Ive worked really hard up to this point to get the body I have now but I just have that pooch that ive never really been happy with.  I can cover it up nicely but I just hate looking at it in clothes.  Ive done photoshoots where im in bra and panties and I love the look but when I post vids of me poling. You can see all the excess skin and it just jiggles like its go no tomorrow.

Ive learned to love my body for what it is but I just want the darn pooch gone!

I have one dry foot.  (only me of course!). Its gotten better over the years but its still not perfect.  Ive seen a podiatrist about that issue.  He gave me a foot cream where I had to put it on, wrap my foot in syran wrap and then put my socks on for overnight.  It worked but im just so tired of doing it daily and not seeing any long term results.  He also took a sample of my dry skin and prescribed me a med that I needed to take for a month. I never really went back so I dont know what they discovered.

My 2 things that worked for me was a ped egg and heel-tastic. Im such a sucker for informerical goods for my foot.

If you contact Xpole, they will send you the x joint release instructions.  Which they do include using a broom!

I did the same thing with mine.  They told me for poling I should be fine but when its time to take it down its gonna be a PITA from the joints.

I have a pretty basic one.  You can find some tutorials on YT on how to use it but is a myofacial (please forgive me on spelling) massage.  Basically its you against your body weight as a self massager.

I use it on very tight spots – hips, random spots on my back etc.  It does wonders on my back.  It will pop my back in places I cant get to myself. It also helps release the latic acid from working out.

I use mine weekly. I use it while im waiting for a game to load or watching tv.
