Wow I love this! Would have to change the names but I think this is awesome to use!

This is a great idea:) I love the way you’ve made different ‘sections’, I usually just write something in a notebook but I think I prefer this!

I’m in!
I actually made this a goal for 2015:)
The last 11 days I’ve been stretching everyday with a video from psychetruth on youtube..
I really want to get my splits in 2015! -
I googled it, it seems that you can take pole classes (pole fitness that is, I don’t know if you want that or pole dancing?) at Fitland Olympia..
Not sure if this is correct, but maybe it is helpfull to you -
I don’t have a picture but I do have a space that is not optimal. It is close to the door and to my closet and table but it works. I just need to watch out not to bump my feet:(
-
Thank you all for the answers:) I was wondering if it would be good enough.. but maybe I’ll just save up more and go for the 2.5 metre pole:)
-
For me it is because right now I don’t have my own pole plus that I don’t have internet in the house where I live monday to friday. But I am working on both:) I really like the discussions and videos so I check the website almost dailY (at my parents house or at school:) )

That sounds pretty bad Catonskis..

I can imagine that you don’t miss the weather.. It has been terrible a few times this week:( One more week and then we are off on vacation, forgetting the dutch weather for a few weeks :’)
-
Sassyline: where did you live?
Catonskis: I am not well known with Zeewolde, I live almost as North as you can go in the Netherlands:P -
Tacha: will do, I think that would be fun!
Catonskis: are you going to live in Amsterdam? I take classes at a gym in Leeuwarden (small town in the North of Holland). -
Thank you for your respond! Would be awesome to come over, but I’m still a beginner:P hope you don’t mind..?

I bought a menstrual cup last month and I think it is the best solution for ‘that time of the month’ and poling:)

That’s really funny… Laughed really hard!

Interesting thread. I am trying to eat healthier but I find it hard sometimes. Paleo seems interesting.
As a student I don’t have lots of money so I want my food to be healthy and ‘cheap’, which is hard to find over here because eating unhealthy actually is cheaper than eating healthy sometimes.. -
Hi:) I’m just wondering about how sturdy it is? I am actually looking into getting a Star Stand Alone.. But I live in Europe so I’m probably to far away for yours:P

Germany is kind of close to me (Holland).
Good luck with the poledancing! -
I have that as well.. It is really frustrating. I had a move, finally after weeks of practice, two weeks later I couldn’t do it anymore, and I still can’t:(
-
Overhere we say ‘polefitness’ but I think ‘acro pole’ would be a better name for what we do.. We always prefered ‘polefitness’ over ‘poledancing’ because we feel like people don’t take ‘poledancing’ seriously.. I think I will share this thought with my class, see what they think about it..
