I am talking about the 3rd pic by the way. I have not tried the top variations. My back is straight and stiff as a board so it would never look just like that, but you have to make your own variations.

My split is kinda flat but not and I can. My back leg has a ways to go before I am FLAT. It just doesn't look the same but I can do it.

I can get into this. I did it last night. I know all of you can too!!!! My back leg is not straight at all yet though. I did it from a pole sit. You could do CKR or CAR too, I guess. I am sure there are many ways into this. That video Chem posted shows a nice smooth way into it also. It is just variations of a pole split.

I like Itac2 for my hands. It is not drying and it does not take much at all! I use on my body for grip and moisture.

Honestly, I thnk it makes your pole more grippy over time. I wore jewlry and shoes on old pole. I will not wear rings with my new one, but do wear shoes. It will not make or break your pole though. IMO.

WHat is a good self tanned to use at home. I do not care about price. I want a good one. I think this is another one where back flexibility is preventing me from properly executing the move. Try as I amy, I do not bend that way. I iwll come back to it as I become more flexible I guess. If I am ever able to even get that flexible. I have issuse even grabbing the pole once I lay back from a CAR. My back is not flexible at all.
