I have a very long torso and have hairline fractured a rib twice from pole. I do not think the size of your waist has anything to do with it.

A little scratching on chrome is good for grip. LOL! It is though.

I really love my chrome. I have 2. I DO want a brass strictly for learning new moves though. That is is. I like to be able to do it all on chrome. I notice SOME (not all) ladies really slide during performances or competition because they are use to not needing as strong of a grip on their studio brass or whatever.

They are actually supposed to be the most neutral I have heard. As in good for beginners and advanced polers. Also, usually the chrome will not rip your skin off during a drop as a brass sure can and will. I am sure there are other reasons though.

I use to have this problem and saw a nutritionist to gain weight. She had me eat a penutbutter sandwich every night before bed. It worked. That was YEARS ago. I am trying to loose a few now. LOL! So, try that!!

I have noticed aome ladies posting more than one pair of shoes. Do they just count the views you get in general or oer shoe? I am a bit confused. I have 12 pairs in my wish list and would love to just win one pair. How much do you get in credit? I have heard some of you saying you got 100.00. I would get 2 pairs and just pay a little extra if I got that!!! So awesome.

I seem to be allergic to most scented stuff. It sucks, but I love Woolite.

I have done gentle cycle too and I always tie the ties! Great ideas. I am telling you there could be a mess if left un tied. I learned the hard way.

Those sound perfect. I always recommend 4-6 inch clears with an ankle strap for beginners. 🙂

I use to use Windex, then found out it leaves a film, so I use alcohol 91% now. I really like it except for the smell.

My husband is the gamer for sure. He gets off work and plays those war games on there. He is actually playing with friends online. IDK how any of it works though. Sometimes he will be seen passing back and fourth taking out the trash and such too. LOL!!!! My cat Elle is also in almmost ALL of my videos. I love her so much.

I do both! When I am learning a move, I go bare footed. Once it is solid, then I can wear heels. Some moves have to be done completely different in heels, I have noticed. I dance in them and like to do most poling in them.

I am flat on one side but not squared and NOT happy. LOL! I am about 2 inches on the other side if that and not squared. I am working with a yoga block to help all that.

Not that you can tell, but for 4 years now. I have had A LOT of off and back on times due to medical stuff for about 2 of those years. I started in a basement with unfinished concrete floor and tar all over. I think this explains why I still to this day have issues about taking moves to the floor. LOL!!!! Our shoes and little clothes would get so nasty!!! We had to wear socks with out shoes too! We didn't care!!!! I only wish I had knew about SV when I began. I learned to invert on YT. I got spotted and one day tried it alone. I caught with my socked foot and slipped and fractured a rib. Yep.
