Especially if you are use to a stickier pole like powder coated or PS brass. It is not a bad thing. Just a thing. I hated my chrome at first. Love it now and have no grip issues because I have a nice strong grip on any pole. I see ladies that practice in studios with only brass slide a lot at competitions. Something to think about. Itac is great for chrome. I put it right in my pole and rub it down w my hands. I only recommend doing this for spin mode though.

Not yet!!!!! I am though! 🙂

I really can’t wait to get mine!!!!

I think the Bat WIng is ugly, but I was elated when I nailed it. Well, that was almost 2 months ago and I have had to take a pole break because the move injured my back badly AND I think it is FUGLY so there is mine.

I was in gymnastics for only 10 years. I also did ballet, cheerleading, drill team, and competition cheer dance. I am currently looking into Lyrical dance classes for adults. 🙂

Yeah. That amazes me.

Most of my practices are at 10:30 night time. LOL! It is the nly way I can fit it in.

I honestly am so honored that my name even came up in this thread.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif I love all of you ladies and each and every one of you inspire me in different ways. I got into poling when I saw a video of Jamilla Deville doing a routine on a stage pole. I had never seen pole videos on YT. Pretty soon I found Tara Karina and then SV. I could not believe ladies had poles in their home!!!! I wanted to do that too! I thought with all my dance background, it would all come pretty easy. WRONG!!!! I seriously remember a day when I thught the Gemini was the most advanced move. LOL!!!!!! Mt friend and I put on high heels and little skimpies and started poling in a basement that had un finished rough tar floor!

I do flexibility daily now for about 30 mins or more a day. I do pole practice 2-5 days a week. Just depends on my schedule. I usually practice for 35-90 mins for pole.

Depending on how long the video is, I have had mine process for 15 mins or so.

Hello! I always did well with spins but wanted to help you with moves that require arm strength, I started using wrist bands for support. It helps. It may not be magic, but the extra support is great. I wear them in all my practices.

My red flag would have been the 3 DIFFERENT women in the YOU TUBE videos. Geesh! Hopefully she gets shut down soon. Elle could have made a better web sight. ( my cat)

Wish I knew! I just threw some away from Alaska, Florida, and CA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start just doing tucks to get the lifted invert back. SM from the floor and work on catipillaring to get the Aysha back. I have been off and on before. It comes back QUICK!!!!!

Never had any complaints. I have had jams even!!!! I accidently hit the ceiling with my heels and hula hoop all the time too. No complaints. I know they wonder WTH I am doing though. LOL!

She probably had Glitter on. I love that stuff! I just made 2 new videos for their new web sight. One is a before and after I apply the product. One is how to apply the product.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQfK7-YV4UA

ALso, I think I may be the odd one out here, but I like my butt very well covered. A lot of the desogners only do one size, well, those only fit Barbie. It would be great if you had XS-XL and if they needed a larger size could message you for a custome size maybe.

Tops with removable padding!!!! I am so petite up top and not many of the lines of pole wear fit me right there. I love tops that tie in the back but I hate the plain triangle top style. Anything glittery, shimmery for performances or photo shoots.

The Spider back rides up on everyone!! I had it on tonight. I wish they would re design it with adjustable straps!!!!

Idk how normal it is bit I get it too. I mentioned it to my doctor and he didn’t seem to concerned and told me to wear wrist bands. I got the mighty grip ones from Bad Kitty.

MemberFebruary 1, 2013 at 4:30 pm in reply to: the new griptease thing that jenyne posted on facebookIt says on the websight that it does add to the diameter. I have personally never tried one, but they say that even with small hands it does not bother the grip at all. Maybe because it is soft? I can't wait to try one!

Jivete, did you have the rigging made too?

MemberFebruary 1, 2013 at 3:44 pm in reply to: the new griptease thing that jenyne posted on facebookI agree. For a softer easier on the body workout to help with moves, it is worth it to me AND mine would be 350 because of taller ceilings! I am getting one though. Looks like it takes a while to get once you order it though.
