I pack my upper dome in its bag but I also slide the bottom plate inside the upper dome hole so its completely flushed and that fits in the bag nicely (I also slide the little bag with the tools in there too along with the extension instructions). The main bag as far as the velcro goes you may want to take all the cardboard containers out all the way so you can look at all of the velcro pieces. I personally dont utilize every last one but i use most but I rarely take the cardboard pieces out (esp the main A and B pole containers) so I just pop the top and slide each piece out. To distribute the weight evenly the main poles should go in the outside slots on eachside of the bag (if the velcro is giving you the blues just undo them all..slide the pole container in and velcro which ones u need around it so its secure. I keep one side of the container lid untaped so i can pop the cap and remove the pieces easier, the top should face the end with the flap that folds over before you velcro the bag closed, the bottom is the part with the slots. My extensions are all secure within the velcro (in the middle area b/w the main poles) where I want it to go but its no set way you feel me. I’ve got 4 and counting lol, next time i go im pickin up at least 2 more black pairs. I personally prefer the ones with the pockets in the front instead of the sidetie ones….(they fit me better) but thats just my opinion. I helped install a kendra pole a couple weeks ago. I was very simple and easy to learn. It feels safe and secure like the Xpert poles too (if your wondering how they compare)….and hopefully by the end of the summer I will purchase one as well to go with my Xpert pole I already have. Before I purchased my xpole I had a cheaper one and I mainly used it for the basic spins. Inverts are a little more risky so I’d definately suggest either do those in a studio or on another persons xpole if you get a chance to practice on one (with the proper safety cushions below) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif. I learned from another veena member on here Skittles (she wrote you a few days ago) and I find it much more comfortable when I have one on one attention in my home. She is cool, great teacher and very talented if you have had a chance to check her vids on here. The polejams we have are free not like the studios and we just hang usually at my house having pole play(i have room for atleast 3 poles in my living room). Im downtown atlanta too so hopefully you are nearby. Same here I had a pap that came back wierd so I ended up having to have a culposcopy (which by the way feels like torture from the inside of ur uterus)…but i got through it okay. results came back normal. women have so much goin on in our bodies… :/. My dr told me that the first test could have been affected due to the fact i had just gotten off my cycle for the month(and you know that changes our system drastically)….so that is what i recommend if you can wait until at least a week or 2 after your cycle ends or 2 weeks before it begins…just to be safe (but that is if you are able to plan your appt like that). Stay positive chica *hugz*

I know the theory, but that doesn’t mean I can do this move. My teacher tells me to stick my arse out – don’t have much control over my arse tho so I tend to not pull out enough on that elbow and then slide down the pole.
