I am a full time mum/ carer for my disabled daughter/ foster carer. I also work as a Social Worker with children and young people experiencing domestic abuse.

Are the X-poles pressure fixed, as in no screws etc at all? I want to be able to remove it completely sometimes thats all. Also I have wooden flooring and wondered if it would be best to put some kind of mat underneath to preserve the floor?
