Hey, I recently had this injury. I’m currently post-op and in physical therapy. They are expecting 2-3 months total time out before they clear me for pole, but will depend on how physical therapy goes.

Those are adorable! I had found some like these http://www.dancewearsolutions.com/bottoms/s3648.aspx and this http://www.dancewearsolutions.com/bottoms/skirts/mt2789.aspx, but I wasn’t sure if they would end up restricting movement or not. I have the Mika shorts that I’ve been pretty happy with, so I might need to try their skort.
