    Hey T-sexy!
okay okay. from the looks of ur pics, you have a killer body and i personally dont think you need to change at all. but if you really want to loose weight, you have to expend more calories than you take in. simple as that.
as you know im majoring in exercise science, so ive taken lots of exercise, sports, and nutrition classes.
    heres ways to loose pounds-
    -just cut calories
    -cut calories and exercise
    -just exercise

if you just cut calories, you will loose weight. but much of the weight you loose will be muscle since your not exercising them. you will loose fat, but also muscle tone

if you just exercise, you will loose very little if any muscle, and will lose fat

if you do both, you will loose fat but still some muscle

im a believer in not "dieting" but a healthy lifestyle. eat little saturated fat and sugar. you DO need fat in your diet, but not saturated. thats the artery clogging stuff!
if you eat more frequent meals throughout the day instead of just the main 3, you will also speed up your metablism. if you eat 5 smaller meals rather than 3 big ones, you body is hungry less of the time.

dont cut calories too much. if you eat too little your body is in starvation mode. it will start storing more fat, and change so that you need less evergy to do work (so you burn less calories).
    Oh and EAT BREAKFAST!!!

but be happy with youself whatever your size. be confident – thats what sexy!!!

i definitely agree, and very good imput amcut.
neke said she was an exptic dancer, a pole dancer. if i went to a club and saw a girl dancing or up on the pole naked, i wouldnt call them a stripper. the clubs in my area ive been to are the ones were they dont do anything on the pole, dont even really dance, just walk around naked grinding on the guys and whatever. nothing dancey or inpressive about it. i have all the respect for "exotic" or pole dancers.
and i agree about that it is sexy. i knoe that the heels do make it sexier, and yeah, i do shake my ass sometimes lol. when i was talking to my parents i actually talked about other forms of dance that are sexy but they are totally okay with. like belly dancing. it is sexy but socially accepted. also some hiphop dancing or just dancing in music videos is sexy. but just b/c its not on a pole its okay? why?
also, my parents just went to las vegas a few weeks ago. they saw a kind of circus/acrobatic performance. my mom said the girls were topless. i asked what the difference was even then for being naked on a pole or in a performance like that? my dad said they were doing acrobatics and did stuff from like 20′ up, dropped, and caught themselvs at the last second on a rope or somethin. i showed him some videos of girls doing crazy acrobatic stuff on a pole, and hanging with their legs, falling, and catching themselves at the last minute. just the same as he desribed.
so i did get them to see it a little better, but of course, its gonna take some time seperate it from the "skanky" image.

i definitely agree that she was being professional. she wasnt sancing around shakin her ass or being provocative. the only thing i thought might have been a little provocative was when she was doin the superman and was movin around on the pole, but even that wasnt bad.
but whever anyone hears "pole dancer" the first thing they think of is stripper – someone taking off their clothes, which isnt good for 14+ yr olds to be exposed to. but her performance was beautiful and athletic. she didnt even relaly dance much. i think its gonna take a while for people to start accepting it.
    thanks for sharing!

Neke, im sorry if i offended you. i didnt mean that no exotic dancers can pole dance. but where i live there are strip clubs. and not one have i or anyone i know seen a girl that gan do more than a firman, if that. i’ve been to the ones in cities over, and i know people who have been to the ones in the bigger cities and they have said the sam thing. so from my experience and the area where i live, most cant pole dance. maybe where you are most can pole dance. i guess everywhere is different, but here is the opposite.

but yeah i buy the shoes just for a little fun sometimes, i normally practice without them. but sometimes once i get a move i practice it with the shoes because it is harder, so i can get stronger and better at the move.

again, sorry if i offended you. just from my knowledge and what i’ve seen in strip clubs around here thats what i’ve noticed.

    OUCH GIRL!
welll a spotter is always the best, but who has one handy every time they want to pole. there are special pole mates that all cost around $100.
if you go to your local fabric store they should have foam. i went to joanns facbis this morning and found good 4’x4′ squars that are 4" thick. i also bought polka dot fabric to "reupolister" it. you can have it match your room or personality, be safer, for around $20-$30!!
    good luck and be carefull!!!

thanks guys! haha for balance, good one veena! and yeah they are good for working ur calfs too!
and azriel – yeah i dont wear them much, and sure not when hes home! i put up the pole twice in the dining room when they were at work and he got mad so i am gonna put it up in my room, where theres not much room at all to spin =(
but yeah he saw the shoes cuz they came in the mail cuz i had to order them. it was funny they were lighting up and they wouldnt stop even when i took them off (they light up when theres pressure on the heel). i asked my dad to see if he could stop it and he was like "im not touchin those things!" https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
but yeah they’re better with it now knowin more about it. and i could definitely understand why they would be like that. but yeah it is frustrating.
    but thanks everyone!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

yes, i can use a picture of your own. i actually cold a lot during valentines day. buyers e-mailed me pictures of them and their b/f or g/f, and i put them on a magnet, and some i made candy tins with their pic saying "(name), will you be my valentine?" and filled it with conversation candy hearts.
i can use any picture, logo, text, w/e
you can send me a link to a website if theres a logo or picture you like (say google images). or you can e-mail me a picture of your own.

and i can ship out of the US. if you let me know what you are interested in, and can calculate the weight and find out the shipping price for you.

    thanks!

oh don’t panic! this happened to me last week, and my rods bent too lol. its much easier if you loosen each pole b4 you take it down, just like you tighten each when you put it up. if you put the pole back up, it will be easier. loosen the top pole first, holding the pole right beneath the rod. then, loosen the next loxer one, holding the pole….etc till they are all losened.
hope this helps!!! it worked for me so i hope it works for you!!

Okay, so i just made some buttons and took some pics. Some have some white spots or glare on them, but its just dust on my camera lens and glare from the flash. On many of them i can change color, some i cannot. So if you wanted to change the color of a certain one, you can ask me. Here are the pictures and the prices are below. I put a quarter next to them so you can tell the size of them.

    http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c190/kerrierou/studioveenabuttonpics-1.jpg

    http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c190/kerrierou/studioveenatinpics.jpg

Shipping & Handling is an additional $3 to the US. If you are not in the US and were interested, I can see how much shipping would be and let you know. And if you are ordering quite a few items, i can cut the price a little. Bulk orders will be much more inexpensive. Let me know if you wanted to order a lot, and I can give you a quote.

In the first picture top left:
SMALL 1" (size of a quarter)
    keychain $2.50
    button $1.25
    magnet $2.00

    LARGE 2 1/4"
    magnet $3.00
chain keychain (will be available in a week) $4.00
    bottle opener keychain $5.00
    compact mirror $5.00
    mint tin $6.00

-They bottle opener keychain is a button with a metal back to open bottles, instead of a pin like a button would have
-The compact mirror is a button with a small mirror on the back.
-The mint tin is like the normal tin with mints in it that you would buy at the store, but instead of the "altoid" logo or whatever, it will have your button on the cover. The mints I have are chocolate mints (they are dairy free, kinda tast like a york pepermint patty i think), or cinamon hearts. This will come sealed in plastic shrink wrap.

As you can see, the small keychain shown is a silhouette of a girl on a pole. The large keychain is the same picture, but I added text and color to the background. You can add any text you want.
You can also e-mail me a design you made, or a picture you took. I can even try to make a silhouette out of a picture you give me if you’d like.

If you are interested you can e-mail me at mailto:krousseau16@mail.bristol.mass.edu
I can tell you the price and send you an invoice through paypal to pay online with a credit/debit card. Paypal is free and secure, you just go to paypal.com and sign up. I figured this would be better than setting up a sale on ebay or amazon, because those sites take a cut of the price. Doing it this way, I can have lower prices. Otherwise, you can mail me a money order.

    Thank you!
    -Kerrie
