I have noticed that non poling people sometimes don’t really care to here about the poling process, they just like to see the finished product. I just chalk it up to a lack of understanding about the different things we have to go through to train our bodies to do the things we do. (And of course partly to HUMAN emotions…jealous, envy, anger) I’m glad I have you all to talk to and understand what each other is going through. And no matter how many people we run across or how many moves they learn, we always still get excited when they learn something new and vice versa! I just love to see people happy and smiling. I love to see what people call "cheesy victory dances". Jumping up and down, squealing, and clapping. I just think it is so priceless!! So Trena, just keep smiling and poling. We love ya dear.

trust me, the soarness and stiffness won’t last!! nor will the brusies. Just all part of the process. I soaked in a warm tub any chance I got when I first started poling (which was only about 3 weeks ago or so) Stretching before and after did help tremendously. I don’t feel any soarness or stiffness now. Massage your body yourself often, especially where it is soar. Lightly twist your muscles and try to bull them away from the bone with your hands. Helps to relax and fascilitate elongation of the muscles and joints. Don’t be afraid to touch yourself!!
