I do a cardio warm up before I pole, go running occaisionally and walk an hour a day to and from work. I have quit the gym recently because I was spending all my time on the pole so didn’t seem worth keeping it.

I can't seem to get the shoulder mount either, I don't think my core strength is there yet!

I get wrist soreness too, they will get stronger in time but as mentioned above, you should do wrist exercises before your work out.  Also, don't overdo a work out as it could put you out of practice for a while.  I'm going to get a wrist support this weekend, seems to be my left one that suffers the most!

I had the exact same problem, now I make sure the heat is switched on in my pole room and do a bit of cardio and stretches in a sweat suit to heat my body up. Good luck :p

I thought it was a beautiful performance.  My boyfriend would be exactly the same though, they just need a bit of time to come round to the idea that this is art and not "stripperish"

All you can do is continue with your love of pole and he will eventually understand this is what you love and not what you do for mens attention!!!

I use a sports bra and have to use a normal bra underneath but if I want it to look good then I have to use a butterfly thingy to pull the straps together on my back so they don't show.  Hope that helps!

I find this gives really good support, I'm a 32G and suffer really bad, if anyone knows of any sports bras that don't show any cleavage I'd be happy to hear about them.  I hate watching my pole videos back when my cleavage is showing, it looks disgusting!!!!

You could try bonding a lace wig to your hair.  Look up lace wigs in Google!  I sell them in the UK, they are fab!

Seems like he just wants to make you happy by buying you chocs and making you dinner.  It's all about compramising and talking to each other.

My boyfriend sometimes gets jealous of my pole so when I want to pole I chuck him his guitar and he forgets all about me haha!

Glad you guys worked it out!

I can't see any reason why not to advise her that she shouldn't give out personal details online.  As for how to word it, I have no idea but I think using the comments box is the best way.

I think a friendly helpful word is all you can do.
