I've been fighting with myself about the answer to this question for a while since my answers seem so oppositional.

    1. Housewifing, I have no kids and I'm not particularly good at it, but something in me just seems sated when I wake up at 4 to bring my partner breakfast in bed at 4:30, staying up to make sure there are work clothes for the next morning

    2. being on stage, I just quit being a dancer, and while I hated 99.9% of my job, the nights that I stayed to work with GT and got my 5 minutes up on bar and stage with my songs and and I didn't care about the tips I just… I don't know but it was happy, and for some reason I can't create that same feeling at home.

then there is the myriad of little things that make me smile, a brand new case of diet dr pepper, getting the books on the shelf all in order just to rearange it, organizing anything really, butchering recipes into something wonderful, and watching my partner put his wifebeater on before work every morning,

is it the new brass x-pole? I remember a long time ago Alethea used one somewhere and she commented how slippery it was, which is why I'm holding on for more reviews, but you could try some brass cleaner and see if that eats through any coating that might be still on it.

I have the stretching and conditioning dvds and my biggest complaint is in the stretching dvd with the follow along section it's not transitioning stretch to stretch because of the videos of pole stuff between, not that it's not awesome, it just sorta messes with the flow. and that it doesn't follow it's own sugestions, so in the leg part we're supposed to do one side at a time through three different stretches then switch to the other side, but the dvd goes one side the the other then on to the next strech one side then the other then the third stretch. So what will this new dvd be?

while I am by no means an excelent seamstress, in fact I can barely sew a straight line, I've invented some interesting ways to not let anyone else notice that.  if you wanted make those with something that didn't have a pattern you had to match or vetical lines that had to stay that way, one way to make them easier with a stretchy fabric is to cut them a few inches longer than you want them + hem/seam allowance, then sew the tubes an then when you finish stitching up the back of the main tube you can slice a straight line accross the top and bottom then you have an even leg, and I actualy find it easier to sew in circles than in straight throughs.

i was thinking about grabing some neo magnets, and hot glue i can handle i had figured at first to use magnet paint on a normal tray but then realised that it might be stuck to the tray, if it worked at all, but it could still slide so i was looking at gluing one magnet to the tray, then a smaller one to that divet in the bottom of a beer bottleso that sliding would be impossible.  i tried the velcro and it didn't work the sideways force on it undid the stick, so at this point i think if the magnets don't work i think i'm just going to have to glue them to the tray or get really graceful and learn to defy centrifugal force.

h'm i hadn't thought of that, do you think that velcro would hold a beer bottle during a spin, i have no idea the real strength of velcro so i'll have to give it a try.

words of advice, never forget what's holding you up. I've slid out of drops before knocked the wind out of myself pretty bad.  But the only bad fall i've had somehow it slipped my mind that i was only holding on with my legs and had the brilliant idea to try turning in a way that probably would have been cool had i been holding on but i wasn't, and bam damn gravity ruining everything cool, i hit the ground square on the back of my neck.

I'm going to have to disagree with the positive opinion on the stretching dvdv (the only one I've looked at so far), while it is better than I was expecting it to be, it does have good stretches, the folow along makes no sence.  If you're going to recomend that the stretches be done together in a specific order, do them that way on the video, if you want me to follow along do it the way you want me to, another complaint is that they show clips of what it should help with in between stretches, so now you're sitting there not stretching waching albeit nifty clips, but it would be much better if i had something to watch while i was stretching even if it was just someone sitting there stretching with me, but if it's nifty pole tricks, even better, and last complaint, it seems to run on the idea that you can already do splits, i watched the intire thing didn't see anything showing how to hold above the splits without hurting yourself, either middle or straight, and since that's how i've hurt myself the last few times i think that's a pretty big flaw. to be fair the stretched themselves are good, but nothing mind blowingly origional.

I like it, it has a lot of the dancy moves and excersises with out the breathing through your ovaries that I really can’t stand, but it’s got a lot of stretches and ab work maybe nothing too original but in a good put together video that is easier to follow than just instructions on floor work. depending on your level it might not be a massive workout but it is still a good ab work no matter what as far as I see it.

going out of town doesn’t have to mean eating out, bring something you can have for breakfast like cheese sticks and oatmeal(i don’t know where you’re staying but you can make darn good oatmeal in a hotel coffee pot, you can make anything in a coffee pot), bring a cooler with small things for snack and lunch and if you do any grilling that doesn’t really count as eating out right https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
