    Great choices!!!! I tend to pole to “indie” music (Cira 2000s) which oddly doesn’t work as I would want it to! I don’t have a Spotify list but would certainly love to see yours!

    Do they have boots for really big calves? I haven’t found boots to fit my calves so all I have are the shoes.

    End 30 to take off! Definitely have a more solid foundation. I’m not quite where I was a few years ago but it’s ok. Also I have gained more weight and still managing. I can’t upload video on post so will put today’s and one from years ago.

    I am doing the 30 day to take off! Ah, I completely missed the whole both arms bent! And I will keep working climb hold and turning my hips! Thank you guys!!!

    Climbing has been my nemesis for years. I have finally got my own pole and just started the 30 day plan. Even though I have poled before, I haven’t been as consistent I would have like and completely have lost all my strength. I am glad to hear this program help you gain strength! My experience with climbing is that it takes patience and consistency, so don’t get discouraged if it’s overwhelming at first. Again, I was never able to nail a climb, but my climbing training help me get crucifix and made me a lot stronger.
