I’ve been post menopausal for over ten years, I’m 55, and I have yet returned to normal. I struggle in many physical as well as emotional areas of my life due to lack of hormones.

Last year I had a double mastectomy and though it was triple negative my oncologist is very cautious and doesn’t even want me to have natural phytoestrogens.

I’m still undergoing surgeries and will be for the next several months but I was so excited to start pole and now it gives me something to look forward to.

Thanks for all your videos Veena. I love how you have your program set up.
