Yes. I can do the cartwheel and handspring mount…my next challenge though is the twisted ‘lift" I love it!!!! It makes you look so strong. My boyfriend saw me doing one of the vertical handstands and he was like "wow i didn’t know you were that strong". Pole girls rock https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Hay HAILHAIL,
You should totally go to classes even if its just a few classes to get you started. you will be in a class with beginners just like you and all the classes i’ve been to provide a very supportive and welcoming enviornment. plus it may https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif help you get through some shyness and maybe make pole friends https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif -
My question is that i have a 10 foot ceiling and want to be able to "dance" on the pole as much as possible. With the Lil Mynx I can only "dance" on 8 feet and the top 2 feet of the pole cant be used b/c it’s unstable. With the X Pole can I dance on all 10 feet of my pole if I put the extenders on the bottom? I know someone ready to buy my used Lil Mynx pole if I get an X Pole..but I want to know this first… I dont want to waist money. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
