hay Sissy, just a thought but in addition to your weightlifting maybe you can do "pull-ups" either on your pole or a bar at the gym. that may help you to continue lifting your body weight. …but i still hope you dont have to get surgery…keep us updated

Does anyone know if you can remove your video if you dont want it uploaded anymore like on youtube? For example, if I remove a video from youtube it can no longer be viewed right?? Do we have the same option here? Just wondering…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif Any advice helps…I’m not really good with technology

awesome…thanks Veena. It helps to be able to use something around the house(you suggested soup cans) or up to 5 pound weights for those of us without gym memberships!! And your little baby bump is so cute https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif This is a big help https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Veena —> OOOhhh gotcha….which joints does it hurt? Do you think it would be the ones in the top arm (the twisty one)? I am guessing the shoulder, elbow and wrist?? Speaking of shoulders…can you post a link to your shoulder and wrist exercises..i cant find them. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

thanks for the info b/c i was really wondering about that…for me it was the reverse grip poses that hurt my wrist for almost two weeks!! i had to ice it and take anti-inflams too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif but like u said i dont think i was warmed up properly b/c now i stretch and warm up for about 15-20 min before poling and have no probs….but really…thanks for sharing and i will be careful with those TGs

i’m no teacher but i think just practicing regular handsprings on the pole first and then once i got that down i started the twisted grip..i did not do any other type of conditioning…i dont think you will either, but be sure to use a couch pillow or mat on the floor if you’re scared of falling
