Awhile ago, I was looking into pole shoes…. I found a dancer that has designed and sold shoes.  They have a glitter base that doesn't flake off…  I can't remember or find her now…. by any chance do you have any idea who she is?, her website, or a clue as to what I'm talking about? lololol   Thanks if you can help

Wow!!! Super excited.  I can't wait to see all this come into play.  Having more time to train here and all the new stuff, I'm very excited.  The combos are a big thing for me as I've learned many moves but have a hard time safely transitioning to another!!!  Thank you so much Veena!!!  Lots of love girls

My trainer is a Nazi lmao!!!  But she will always give you kudos on the move the grace hell even the effort if you fail… then she will remind you to point your toes lol  She never demeans our efforts but will always enforce the importance of pointed toe.  Hell, sometimes all we get is the pointed toe and she notices and compliments.

I learn on static and then try to move it to spin.  Doing the move and controlling the spin of the pole can prove to be trying, specially when I loose direction in inverts already.  My pole at home does both and Im ordering a static only as well so I can incorporate both styles

Hang in there and keep at it.  When you feel like its not getting better you will be shocked at what you find yourself doing.  I remember not being able to get my head off the floor in the back bend… for weeks!!! Then one day I realized it was up!!! I was so happy!  Stay with it.
