i too am a victim of buying a cheap pole. but i am the type to test the waters before investing that kind of money in to something. but after i started trying (safe!) moves and watching vidoes, i just can’t get pole off of my mind! and i know that if i want to continue with progress, i’m going to have to put money into a reliable piece of equipment. i also just wanted to say thank you to the previous responses, you guys are soooo helpful! at first i was thinking that there was no way anybody can stay on that damn pole! thanks again guys!

january will be best for me. december is just way too hecktec. and i know my place is not the best but if any one needed a couch to crash, it’s always there!

i’m excited about stellar coming through, hopefully! the only reason why i don’t like watching guys pole dance is because when they do it, it looks sooo effortlessly. but i’m hoping to pick a thing or two up! ha ha! hope every one had a wonderful weekend.

[Hi everybody! Considering that since I’ve joined StudioVeena I have received nothing but kindness and support, I never expected that any of you would reject me from a pole jam! I did, however, think that it would be respectful if we asked Karyn about me using her studio with the rest of you. After all, she did name her studio "the Girls’ Room," which sounds like she had something specific in mind for her studio. I’ll try e-mailing about it through her site.

[ Hehe. Tattoos… I’ve thought about, but I don’t know if I’m ready yet. I heard that if you get them on your feet they can wear off, because you wear stuff on your feet so much!

yeah, i asked the guy while he was doing the tattoo, as to when i needed to get it redone, and he said that unless you start walking on the tops of your feet than you have nothing to worry about.

i’m soo glad somene asked this question! i’ve been wanting to but don’t know how. i too have been considering the dance scence, but my husband would not like it. i’m a student, a mother of two babies, and my husband got laid off in august after giving four years to a shitty company… but i say he’s lucky that i have a low self esteem or else i’d be out there right now. how do you ladies get over the major insecurities in life? i’ve never been happy with myself, and i tell myself that i’ve had babies, that i am a young woman, and to just accept what i got, but i just can’t!!!
