its expensive here, they want around 170,so in changed our my pole parts for 40mm brass,imstuck in a tiny coner in my room and i feel like a cant progress bc i cant extend my legs,i stoped even inverting bc i kept hitting my fan,so im stuck to tuck spins and its made me soooo mad i havent poled in almost to months bc im frustrated ..lol

idk about the implant part and id like to know too as i have been wanting a BA since i was 13, but as far as the pull up it self,im 29 and jus did my 1st one ever from a dead lift!! and i mean ever..lol..i do alot of push ups and i lift weights 3x a week and eat clean as possible, i started working out and poling in march…keep at it! once you do it,it will be awesome,bc of all the hard work you put it to get it even if it is just one 🙂 also for your push up start on your knees 🙂

my B pole is is chrome spray painted hot pink my A pole is brass…i cant wait to get my brass B pole, its a day and night diff for me :)..but the mix looks cute, looks like a skinny lipstick..lol

Once i cramed the pole into my arm pit and lowerd my arms jus a tad i got it with ease :)..now it took me a sad year but i didn’t give up :)..my biggest pob is that I’m self teaching and not knowing excatly where to place your hands/body can set one back for months weeks are in my case years… next week ill be starting veenas lessons..if u haven’t maybe u should think about..heck we can even be internet pole pals 🙂

Grab some itac and rub it on the pole…white vinger will help to…i started out on a 50mm stainless lil mynx pole then moved to 40 mm chrome xpole and now have half brass and half chrome 40mm xpole…nutin in the world beats brass but once u master stainless steel..brass will be cake 🙂

I got married when i was 16…yup..16 and no babies were involved..lol..my grandparents picked out my wedding dress and i wasn’t allowed to wear white..bc they assumed i wasn’t a virgin. and to everyones suprise i was…i wasn’t allowed any frirends and my dads a cheap skate and had hus marry in the funeral home chapel. bc it was free..welp we jus pasted out 12 year Ann. and we will have a real wedding in 3 years!!..u can always have a vow renewal and do it again 🙂

Ok so my brass A Pole came in..i didn’t order B just yet..but i can tell ya its a huge diffrance from chrome…i can’t wait til its broken in!!!…I’m in love with brass!!! and now i know for sure its not the MM . i jus needed a diff finish 🙂

Ya the spray paint does to a point..but I’m sure brass with be better..there’s no studios here..although in a drunkin stupper i hoped up on stage at a adult club and climb the brass pole and it was cake..lol

O ya and i have mighty grip gloves..also I’m tiny..I’m 5’0 112 pounds..my 7 year old hands are almost my size..lol..but yet i got some meaty thighs

My 1st pole was a lilmynx stainless 50mm..i could catipillar forever but my hands are so small…then i switched out to 40mn chrome…things are easier but the chrome slipage is annoying..and can’t catipillar to save my life…the more i find for finish in my state i hear that once others did away with there chrome and upgraded things again became easier …..I’ve tryed corn huskers…shaving cream..dry hands itac.tite grip..pole physic lotion..painters tape chalk and the spray paint
