for abs..i was taught by my trainer… planks but remember shoulders back and down pull tummy in tight…….. do normal yoga plank… then side planks try holding them each for 30 seconds… then switch positions
i got a 50 mm chrome x pole recently and i love it ABSOLUTELY love it! its a top loading one its the older version. but i mean the only other kind of pole io personally would buy is 50mm titanium gold x pole because i heard they are a bit better for grip good luck!
