Wow! I’m so happy to know a handstand program is coming! I plan on being a subscriber to StudioVeena.com for as long as you continue with it and for as long as I can pole dance. So, I have no problem being patient! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ Thank you so much for all you do for us!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Continuing to work with Veena’s Flexy as well as the Caterpillar series. I’m very close to getting my front splits. Still need lots of work on the Caterpillar.

I like that starting the climb from kneeling suggestion. ~~~ I have nothing to add other than it took me a year to learn how to climb the pole. Patience and consistency is KEY! Don’t give up! â¤ï¸

Veena really kicked my butt today with this Caterpillar training. I did Day 12 earlier today, and I’m still tired! That said, if you do all the reps, it’s a great workout!
