IUD insertion/removal – 10 but worth every bit of pain

Herpes on eye (think cold sore on eye) – 10+++++ I did not know that you can get cold sores on any part of your face. I still have what looks like chicken scratch on my right eye from this. I think that is by far the most pain I have ever been in in my entire life.

Not to side track this but I am on my second Mirena and I have not had children. It is not supposed to be as painful for those who have had their cervix stretched. My first one was not horrible going in but I had ridiculous cramps for about 3 months during when I should have had my period. I used to get bad cramps on about day 2 but this was different….more like really bad gas/bloating/constipation type pain. My second was a nightmare but I attribute that to the doc I had. First she had problems getting my first one out which was a nightmare. Then I had to wait 10 days for them to order it for me and go back in for the insertion. She botched the insertion and I had to wait another 10 days for a new IUD. They gave me a pill that is typically used to induce labor (I think it was cytotec) which basically made me feel like I was having contractions for a day but made the insertion go with out a hitch. Not without pain, but without a hitch. I also insisted that the first doc did not do the insertion, I wanted someone with a little more experience as the first was skittish and made me uncomfortable.

I have learned 2 different ways of getting into this move. One is the butt up which kind of requires you to be able to lift into a handstand. In this one your body is pretty much always facing the ground until you invert. The secdon way is actually from a flag where your body is facing away from the pole to start and then you are changing positions. This mount requires a decent straddle split and some back flexibilty. Basically you go into flag, then straddle split your legs and then beckbend/fang them while simultaneouly changing into a face down position to get your leg to the pole. If you have a great straddle split you can pretty much reach the pole with your top leg and then use that to guide you.

8 hours at $125/hour is $1000. Depending on what all is involved I really do not think that is too crazy for privates. I have paid $50-80 for a 90 minute workshop where there were many others in the room so an intensive one on one for an entire day at that price I don't think is out of line. Would I pay it, no, but not out of line.

All of the top pieces of the permanent mounts I have seen by PS were metal. The dome I believe is plastic but you will not have this with a perm mount.

Mostly self taught with the exception of stopping in studios and weekly play time at a local studio. Best things I have learned along the way is to not rush things as that leads to injury, do not be so hard on yourself and ruts/plateaus happen.

Now try to get your butt off the floor and touch the pole. Lower legs down slowly and repeat, although this time spread your lega and try to straddle arond the pole and touch the ground behind you. Lower. Repeat from straight leg. Reapeat. Repeat. Repeat. It is the second part of the lift (getting your butt off the floor) that allows you to get your crotch to the pole.

Saphyre, do you have problems with wine? Chondroitin is typically chondroitin sulphate (did I just seriously spell it that way?) and typically those that have issues with sulfates like with wine may have a reaction to this.
Pixie- sulfa medications are a sulfanomide, not a sulfate. They both contain sulfur but are very different structures. I am also extremely allergic to sulfa's but do not have issues with sulfates.

One thing that the one girl here did is take a piece of pvc pipe and thread it through both elbows and behind her back (you can probably even use a broom stick). If you can reach your hands around and grab the inside of your thighs as you do for say teddy you should be able to get into the move. Holding it is another story. HOWEVER, if you cannot grab your inner thighs then do not even attempt this move.

You DO have to use core strength and lots of it. Starting out it helps if you can grab the inner thigh with your top hand to stabilize the hold instead of relying completely on your core.
