I am against it.  I can undersatnd grip aids because you never know what the temp of the room is going to be and not having a warm pole/warm body on top of nerves is a bad combination.  However gloves create an unfair advantage.

What are you actually eating?  Look into the Clean Eating "diet" and try to stay away from processed foods.  Also increase water intake and try not to eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.  Those are my best suggestions.

Typically in the beginning water weight comes off easily and you see big reductions in short time frames.  This is the weight that will fluctuate the most.  Now starts the hard part of actually getting off body fat.  Are you getting your heart rate up while you walk?

But most of all diet comes into play.

Sorry, did not mean to "like" that but after my last incident with bum slide it will be probably another few years before I try it again.  My hands were not far away enough from the pole so when I folded I ended up getting "stuck" and while I did not hit my love button, I bruised so bad that jeans were painful for a week.

I will have you know that learning superman on a 50 mm powder coat pole I think forever scarred my inner thighs!

Finding a doc sucks, however if you feel that you are not getting the attention that you should be getting then I do not blame you.  I have had this happen to me with dermatologists on two separate occasions.  It seemed like they just wanted to get on to the next patient so they could collect more money.

  • I am sorry.  I could not resist.  I will go to my corner for a time out now.

What say you??!!  I don't want a copper and zinc pole, I want 100% PURE BRASS!!

  • Galvanization is the application of a zinc coating to steel, so in answer to your question, no.  You have gotten used to your hands/body interacting with zinc, not with stainless.

Do you like your endo?  Maybe go see him/her instead?

Arttacks from women who are trying to put you in your place and have such poor images of themselves that they have to cut everyone down.  However I am sure these are the same people that lust after half naked pictures of movie stars and see no issue with it.

I will also say that if it was something that came and went I would not be pushing you in this direction.  For you to say that it is lasting for days/weeks is not normal.

And what if it is neurological?  A faster, quicker diagnosis is much better than regret down the road.  I am sorry, there are too many people I know in the pole world who have brushed off signs and then found out they were something serious.

And no, the little clinic at Kroger is set up for flu and strep and colds and others common illnesses that people get so that they free up emergency rooms and doctors offices.

It could be due to inflammation in your body or it could be a neurological issue.  Low potassium will cause cramps but nothing for several days.  This is a case of where I would seriously talk to a doctor.

If you approach her that may stop some of the nasties from even starting.  Just tell her you know it is an awkward situation but that is between she and the ex, not the two of you.  He did not break up with her for you so she should not have anything to be a bitch about.

He is with you now, right?  Does she know you are dating him?  I personally would talk to her face to face before going to management.  If she becomes an issue or gets shitty with you, then take it to management.
