Get in touch with Mary Ellyn from Empowerment Through Exotic Dance.  There is a company I believe she has worked with but I am not certain of their name or if they have spin and static.  I am not sure what poles Be Spun has (I assume XPole) but I believe they are close to 20 feet!

Is this the new design for the PS Star Stand Alone?  I know they took the 45's off the market because they were totally unsafe and also there was a big problem with the unscrewing that people have mentioned.  Supposedly they were redesigning these….I hope this is the case with the pole you ordered.

Things to watch out for:  Pie shapes popping off the base when you walk near the edges, case falling apart, pole walking across the floor while doing things like reverse grab, rust at seams, pole unscrewing while spinning, HORRIBLE customer service.  I don't want to rain on your parade, I just want you to be aware that there have been several issues with this design.

I have the same issue at home…I have 8' ceilings and I am 5'8".  If you want to practice it I would suggest starting from a handstand….invert, slide down, start.  You can get maybe 2 climbs out this way.

Sasha, the ad was Dominic Lacasse and it was for Vaseline Men's line.  First time I saw it my husband did not believe he was actually doing that and it was not a camera trick.

I don't see anything wrong with this.  This is a gentlemen's club.  Try getting a job at Hooters is you are not well endowed….at least this place is offering compensation.

I am not sure why you are unable to transfer the videos off of your camera.  Did you have software that came with the camera?

As for formatting…there are all sorts of free programs out there that will convert files for you.  I just google what I need and look at the reviews.

Runemist, the paragard IUD is non hormonal.  You still have periods and may increase cramping but there are no hormones and it lasts for 10 years.

I have not had a nuva ring but I will add that I have a Mirena, actually I am on my second one.  I have never had children so placement for me was not pleasant.  The first time was just a litle bit of cramping and then pretty bad cramps around when my period should have been.  That lasted about 4 months but then no period for 5 years!  My second one was BAD.  Getting the first one out was a problem and then the GYN messed up the insertion.  I had to wait another few weeks for a new IUD but then they gave me a pill that opens the cervix.  That thing was horrible with the cramping but it made the second insertion much smoother.  I still cried, and I am not one who is easy to cry.  But even through all of that I would do it again in a heart beat.

Have you looked into small storage garages?  Typically they are under $50 a month for a garage that would be big enough to pole in plus they usually have electricity.

Just like everyone here has said, there is nothing wrong with you.  Give yourself some time and patience and you will be amazed at what you can and will accomplish in just a short amount of time.

Wish I could have made the competition in Cleveland last weekend but I was out of town.  I was even asked if I wanted to be a judge.  I think it would have been a BLAST.

Pick up a piece of bathroom panelling at a home store.  A 4×8 piece will only run you about $20.  I had one that was silver tile looking.  They have some nice looking ones that are specifically made for bathrooms so that they look like time.

    Basically this but in silver:

S Factor has a studio in San Fran but is a little pricey.  Great for learning to be sexy, not so much if you are wanting tricks.

    Here are some other suggestions:
