My sister has lived there since the 80's (military husband) and is now in Mary Esther. We usually head down about this time of year but just have not been able to the last few years. And that picture does not do that area justice! Here is one of mine from back in 2005…wow that seems so long ago! My sis used to work at Galati yachts (and Adventure Marine before that) and her office was right by the docks.

Also on this move you really need to start with your hip in front of the pole (at least for me) instead of being directly next to it. To me it sounds as if you do not have proper invert form to start and are still kicking a little to get into it.

Adding peanut butter, coconut oil, bananas and even avocado (you really do not taste it when blended with strawberries) will add calories and since it is liquid it goes down easier. There are also mass builder protein powders that have high caloric content.

When you are in Cleveland you will not be far from any of the great parks of the Emerald Necklace. Chagrin Falls is a lovely town and has some great food and ice cream (Jeni's will be open by then). In the middle of Riverside park there is a play set that has a pole (not that I would know or anything). Even a drive up/down Chagrin River Road is a lovely trip. Squires Castle out in Willoughby Hills (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squires_Castle) is a fun place to visit and hike. Oh…there are sooooo many parks around here!
Down in CBus Hocking Hills is really the place to hike. http://www.thehockinghills.org/

I wish I could find adult gymnastics near me. I think that would be one of the better ones for flexibility and balance when you are upside down.

Are you serious that it is not for you? That suit looks hot on you, girl!!

It is the same place that LuvLee was talking about. Angel6101 I think is her name here but she is on sporadically. Name of the studio is Infinity Dance and Wellness. She is hosting Karol Helms May 6-8 but it does not look like you will still be up in Ohio then. Englann86, Jewelbaby, and Veng21 are from CBus. VelvetVixen and VDub are in the Cinci area. JLynn87, MommaBear and I are in Cleveland. Mattcrobat (APFA competitor) is the one who owns Jasmine Dragons up here. His son Luis was the young kid on the red carpet that was in a bunch of pictures. He does all sorts of circus arts at his studio. JLynn teaches at a place in Akron and also at Cleveland Exotic Dance in downtown. There is also another studio in Cleveland called Be Studios but none of the people there are on here.

I think Sissy is in Agusta but she has not been on a whole lot lately.

Check out local shops and see if they can powder coat one for you. A lot of custom paint shops for cars can do it.
I am not sure where you are located, but you should really try the powder coated when it is warm out or your body is very warm. I have ripped skin and gotten blisters from mine during the summer.

Egg whites are really cheap where you are and protein is expensive! Here the best I can do for "fake eggs" is about $1.99 for a 16oz container (454 g)….for the "just whites" you are looking at $2.50-$3.00. In comparison I can get really cheap whey protein for $15 for a 2 lb container (907g) or $22 for isolate. The isolate is about 86% protein so $0.028 per gram. The cheapest fake eggs are about 10% protein so $0.0438…total flip flop!
I also reread what I wrote last night and I did not mean to sound so "witchy". I did not realize there was such a price difference.

Where is the additional protein coming from? One large egg white only has about 3 grams of protein and is about 1.25 oz (figure about 10 in 1/2 cup) and the almond milk has pretty much none. To get the 30 grams per scoop of protein I am getting in my powder I would have to consume 10 egg whites….not really a cost saving.
