Holy Crap….18 per class? One instructor? I cannot even fathom that. I have issues when I have 8! There is always someone that I feel I did not pay enough attention to. Unfortunately this is going to be the case in large classes and it is going to take a lot longer to progress. Even if the teacher spent only a minute with each student that is 20 minutes to practice ONE move.

OK…I looked it up. It was not her but Englann86 who posted the video: https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/049da6f0-bca1-11df-856f-001b214581be
The music died for some reason.

Are you able to get a reverse ayesha? (it is called batman on that site). This to me would be learning the basics of getting from an invert into a twisted grip hold. After getting that movement I would think this move would be easier to comprehend with your body.

((cough cough)) Studio Veena?? V has quite a few routines in the lessons.

I have an ultrasonic humidifier that I sleep with during the winter. The kind with filters are horrible. I believe that mine is a cool mist. Not really sure what the advantage of a warm mist would be besides possibly one more part that can go bad.

Yeah, google it. It was at least 3 years ago. I know because a lab I do work with got totally slammed with testing jewelry. The US adopted the EU's RoHS regulations for lots of imports. Yet another reason I know a *little* about hexavalent chrome…. ((cough cough))

She never switches legs that are on the pole.

If you watch any of the Pole Dance Australia videos those are the small poles. I think Angel of Discoveries Dance built one in her house.

MemberJanuary 14, 2012 at 12:27 pm in reply to: Molded Tin Ceilings and X-pole? It this possible? (with image)It would depend on the type of tin ceiling that you have. It can either be similar to a drop ceiling where you have panels that fit into a grid or they can be nailed on. Either way I would never put a pressure mounted pole on it. Any of them will probably dent the tin.

Yep, I would agree. There was a big stink about cheap jewelry a few years back also containing I think cadmium. I believe most of it was pulled off the shelves but places like Etc and Claires had a ton of it in their stores. Most cheap jewelry has a high nickel content.
