If you have been having extreme temperature swings like we have then it can come down that easy.  The pole needs to be checked at least weekly, if not before every use.

Does whoever was spinning on it know to take out the pin or did they lift the cover and loosen it to make it spin?  Is the pole easy to put back in place ot is there wayyyy too much room?

I don't think ANY pole does well in a dry, cold room.

Veena has suggested using a steamer on your pole to warm it up.  You can pick up a cheap garment steamer for about $20.

Water is not going to be a problem.  You would have more influence from the ambient humidity than anything you cleaned your pole with.

Sparrow…I always started my classes with a grounding of sorts.  It was basically just sitting , taking deep breaths and clearing the mind of the days garbage and setting their minds to being at class.  From there I moved into neck rolls.  The first few minutes of class were always done eyes closed.

S Factor's warm up is very much a moving meditation of sorts.

Aas I stated in the other thread that you started, please let us know why you are so bitter towards Pink Pole Power instead of just getting on here and bashing it.

That is like me getting on this forum and bashing Webbie and Veena because I think they got in the business just for attention.  I have no facts that I have stated, just that I think they are pathetic people for even starting this website and I think you all should remove yourselves instantly.

This is exactly what you just did.  No reasoning.  No facts.  No nothing but you getting on and posting a rant.  Give us specific reasons:

I don't like Pink Pole Power because Sean used to date a friend of mine and he hurt her and I just cannot support anything he has his hands in. (not saying this is the case…this is me posting an example of reasons behind your dislike of PPP)

And when you come on the forum and post the exact same thing in 2 different places it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for your agenda.

What specifically is a scam and what specifically has Pink done to get you so upset?  Maybe if you would address these issues we could see your point of view.  I have not seen anything horrible put out by them so when I read a post like this the first thing I think of is the back story.

Yes, you do have your freedom to speak your mind but without telling us why you are upset then it is hard for us to understand and empathize.

Beginner warm up was getting parts of the body moving, then some sort of core work, then "the walk" then some wall work.  As the girls progressed so did my warm ups.  During class I always threw pole holds or knee ups at them along with body rolls.

I personally am not a fan of wasting half of class warming up.  I am paying for pole, not to take a toning class.  I take other classes for that.
